Cleaning & Painting of exterior portion of undergear & uppergear electrical 2 equipments of SG AC coaches i.e. Battery Box, Junction Box, Pre-cooling transformer, Inverter, RRU frame, WRA base frame, EFT cover and Pre-cooling box cover, RMPU panel, Power panel (Paints will be supplied by railway) Lump Sum 64247.04 AT Par 64247.04 Description :- GST @ 18%

2-Electrical work in upper and under gear in LHB AC coaches

Cleaning & Painting of exterior portion of SBC unit of LHB coaches as per direction of SSE/AC/DBWS (Paints will be supplied by railway)

Complete cleaning of interior portion of following electrical equipments of LHB AC coaches :- Feeder Junction Box (4 nos.), Fuse box (4 nos.), 60KVA Transformer (1 no.) of LHB AC coaches

Stripping of defective double inlet centrifugal blower assembly (exhaust fan) and fitting of new Exhaust fan in LHB coaches (Material supplied by railway)

Stripping and fitting of Feeder Junction Box (4 nos. per coach) during corrosion repair work by Corrossion repair shop (CRS)

Provision of auto/manual rotary switch for RMPU of LHB AC Coaches built prior to 7 2 0 1 5 - 1 6 (02 nos.per coach) including supply of auto/ manual rotary switch as per RDSO/PE/SPEC/AC/0184-2015 and laying of Cu cable size- 1.5 sq.mm (Copper cable will be supplied railway)

Supply and fixing of stainless steel chain with all accessories required for hanging the IVC couplers of LHB coaches

Fixing of all the loose/broken inner ducts with nut-bolts & sealant as per direction of SSE/AC/DBWS to prevent rain water entering through the Air Ducts inside the LHB AC coach. (Material will be supplied by railway)
