Laying Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement,four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm ISS Hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and basement including watering if found necessary and laid inlayers of 15cm thick, and consolidated including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to work site all labour and incidental charges etc,. complete complying with standard specifications.(TNBP No.28)

Providing steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 1:10/1:20 up to 3.29m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs, rectangular beams, Tee beams, bed blocks, Culvert body walls, deck slabs, retaining walls, staircase, Landing slab, landing beams, canopy etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90mm x60mmx10gauge stiffened into welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx6mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cmx 6.5cm spaced at 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 15cm c/c including cost of nails, ropes, all labour charges and incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP Spl. No.154 A)

Laying Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement,two sand and four aggregates) using 20mm ISS Hard broken granite stone jelly for plain cement concrete works excluding cost of shuttering, and centering including all labour charges and incidental charges for cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, mixing and laying concrete finishing the surface nearly rough, compacting using vibrators, curing etc, complete complying with standard specification.(TNBP No.28)

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking paver block M40 grade providing and laying of 80mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2007 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minium compressive strength of 40N mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with quarry dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, quarry dust cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing of MS grills for doors, windows and ventilators as directed by departmental officers including cost of MS grills, red oxide primer one coat and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Painting two coats over new iron work with ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour including cost of all materials and labour charges, brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian type colour glazed water closet of size 23" with P or S trap and with foot rest and packing with brick broken jelly lime concrete 1:2:5, 100mm thick using 40mm brick jelly ISS gauge and finished to sludge out any leakage and default including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36 W flu fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting(SD 87)

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator, with 1 metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm(18")(SD 106)

Wirinng with 2x1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC. unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V garade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch inflush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light/fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil)(SD 22)

Wirinng with 2x1.5sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC. unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V garade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150x100x113mm TW switch box for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A Flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC Plug point. Supply and 2 run of 6 sqmm wire for service connection including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges to site etc. complete (P.115.12.0) SD. 58
