Supply of following size 22 kV grade stranded compacted circular Aluminium conductor, screened with extruded semi conducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, cores laid up, inner sheath of thermoplastic tape,galvanised flat steel strip armoured and overall Extruded PVC outer sheathed cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) with upto date amendments as required. 3Core x 185 Sq.mm

Supply of 110 mm (OD) HDPE pipe of conforming to IS 4984:2016 with upto date amendments,PE-80 grade, PN-6 rating, ISI marked etc.

Laying of HDPE pipe of dia 110 mm complete with cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (120 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., including providing low-density polyethylene (LDPE),tape (width : 6 inch ) and laying in the ground above buried (30 cm ) HDPE pipe. complete as required as per specifications.(for HT cable)

Laying of HDPE / DWC pipe of dia 110mm with accessories like couplers through existing culvert/stoneware etc complete as required.

Supply & laying of 01 No. 110 mm dia size PN10, PE 80 rating HDPE pipe through trenchless technology, Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) along / across the Road / PQC surfaces and drawing HDPE pipe through the duct for laying /drawing LT / HT UG cable upto a depth of approx. 2 meter and including transportation of HDD machine and cost of HDPE pipe as required and as specified.

Laying one number PVC insulted and PVC shealthed/XLPE power cable of 22 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL/HDPE/DWC pipe is required. Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (3Core x 185 sq.mm HT cable)

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 22 kV grade of following size in the existing open duct /Trench etc as required. Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (3Core x 185 sq.mm HT cable)

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 22 KV grade as required (3 x 185 sq.mm HT cable)

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 22 KV grade as required ( 3 x 185 sq.mm HT cable)

supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 22 KV grade as required( 3 x 185 sq.mm HT cable)

Providing and laying of 150mm dia B class G.I pipe below 1.2 mtr, across road including cutting bituminous road and refilling with concrete to the original finish etc. complete as required.

Construction of inspection chamber along the cable route at various places in brick masonary with bricks of class designation75 in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4fine/coarse sand) of size 180 cm (L) x 100 cm width x 110 cm height in which 30 cm aboveground ,providing and laying in position cement concrete in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mmnominal size)on bottomof size 180cm (L) x 100cm (W) x 10cm thick and RCC slab above the chamber in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3coarse sand: 6 gradedstone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with two nos hook for lifting, plastering all sides of open area in12mm cement plaster1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine/coarse sand) including excavation of soil plastering all sides of open area in12mm cement plaster1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine/coarse sand) including excavation of soil complete etc..as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription ( 22KV HT CABLE ) there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.
