M&L for 20 mm bore galvanized iron GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, socket, tee, elbow, union, nipple, short pieces and fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors after taking down GI tubing 20 mm bore and connections including taking down existing pipe, complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/ floor, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius with access to door, complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches/wall, complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius with access to door, complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite stone slab of any type with table rubbed and polished in cooking platforms and like set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab, rounding edges etc including taking down old tile, complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repair of vitreous china wash down water closet pan, white (pedestal pattern), including plastic water closet seat, black/white, closed pattern with recessed bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminized hinging device, (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern) and inlcuding flush pipe set of CP jet with PVC pipe of superior quality, complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repair of vitreous China water closet (squatt pan) Orrisa pattern 680x470 mm size pan, white, with front or back inlet with integral 'foot rests including provn of lime concrete bedding including connections to flushing cistern with flush pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of vitreous china full stall urinals,white, complete including providing and fixing plugs, securing urinals to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, fixing flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe, complete all as specified and directed.
