M-0673 Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricatedfrom un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Providing rain water harvesting using 3 No.of RCC well rings of 90cm inner dia (clear) with 5cm wall thickness made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm hard broken jelly to a height of 30cm each supplying and fabricating 16 No. of 6mm dia MS rod vertically and 3 No. of 6mm dia MS rod circumferentially tied together with 18 guage binding wire for well rings including necessary earth work excavation 1m dia to a depth of 1m, supplying and filling 40mm HBG inside the erected well ring to a depth of 90cm, and top covered with RCC circular perforated cover slab of 1m dia and 5cm thick which inclusive of cost and fabrication of 6mm M.S reinforcement at 15 cm spacings on both directions and one 6mm M.S rod ties at the edge of the slab circumferentially including cost of moulding, curing, finishing and well placing in position and disposing off excavated earth with all initial leads and lifts in places as shown by the Departmental officers etc., complete in all respects.

Charges for developing Borewell with air compressor of 300CFM (100/150 PSI) capacity (minimum 8.00 hours ) including transportation , labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by the concerned departmental officers etc complete and also conducting by V notch method
Supply and delivery of Single phase Submersible pumpset Duty 20 lpm, 125m Head with ISI making for motor without panel board should conform to IS 8034/89 and AS ended from time to time .The pumpset should be supplied with 5M of flat sub.copper cable and all other necssaries etc. complete as per std,specifications
Supply and delivery of direct online starter confirming to IS13947, IEC60947-1 and as amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC/single Phase/50HZ(± 5%) and 230 V(±10%) including Ammeter, Voltmeter, Thermal Overload relay, 16 Amps 2 pole Magnetic Contactor with under Voltage protection, Indication lamp, starting capacitor, running capacitor and On/Off Push button switches, 5 way connector, wiring with 1 sq. mm/1.5 sq. mm copper PVC insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately).
Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell / openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.
