Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs (P-N) of single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FR-LSH PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade having multi-stranded copper conductor with earthing cable of FR-LSH PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor of size 1.5sqmm single core as earth continuity wire drawn through 20 mm dia PVC conduit including taking down complete all as specified and directed. (Two single core 1.5 Sqmm cable and one single core 1.5 Sqmm earth conductor cable along with conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.).

Material and labour for wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm, single core,FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dian non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 2.5 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion including taking down old wiring and type of conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 run of 2.5 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm cable along with conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.

Note: 2 run of 6 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 6 Sqmm cable along with conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4.0 sqmm, single core,FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dian non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 4.0 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring and type of conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 run of 4 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable along with conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts, FR-LSH grade cable conforming to IS-694 1990 drawn in and including PVC Casing and Caping with all accessories including fabricated MS/PVC terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface with 3mm thick masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified for One light or fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 here-in-before but One bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply fix in repair MCB DB of sheet metal enclosure double door IP-43 SPN 8 way with 200 A rated bus bar and grouted in wall with PCC(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCBs, SP 6 to 32 Amps In accordance with IS/IEC 60898-1, 240 V, 50 Hz, 10 kA ,C-series marked fixing in DBs (DBs catered separately in this Schedule) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed /surface type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 18 watt LED recessed/surface mounted luminaire with high brightness LED for glare-free homogenous illumination suitable for Armstrong/grid ceiling and fixture size in mm (LxWxH) 295x295x70 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement LED 35/40 W post top made in cast aluminium with decorative opal polycarbonate diffuser with IP 65 protection suitable for dia upto 60mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED surface/recess mounted round downlighter 12 W with pressure die-cast sink and PC difuser in chrome finish diffuser with integrated driver,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of unsv switch piano, flush type single pole one way 5 Amps 230 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of unsv socket outlet 3 pin, 2-in-1, 5 Amps flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of unsv switch socket combination outlet 2-in-1, 5 Amp flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of unsv switch socket combination multipurpose, 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 & 15 Amp flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair/ replacement of unsv socket outlet 3 Pin 15 Amp 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC rectangular block for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulator etc. with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 100 mm x 100 mm and 50 mm deep for mounting switches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of unsv fan capcitor 2.5 Mfd suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for street light bracket made out of 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe ( minimum length 1.50 mtr) with including 2X MS clamp of flat iron not less than 40X 6 mm with anchor fastner for fixing on wall duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level sorrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt fliing in alternate layers etc and connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 8 mm upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 20 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mmC/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including taking down old Earthing chamber complete all as specified and directed.
