M.S. section partition in Fixed / openable portions

Labour charges for fixing in position available Metal sections/Aluminium partition at any floor level location in CTO campus Jabalpur . Partition consisting Aluminium/ m.s.section square pipes , board,glass , beadings etc. including doors, windows, ventilators openable portion also ,made up of standard tubular sections/appropriate other sections , fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size where ever necessary and filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium /m.s. sections shall be cleaned , straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including necessary cleat angle, snap beading for glazing / paneling, screws, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

For Fixed / openable portion m.s.section partition

Repair of Steel window including straightening the members ,removing paint etc deposits in hinges ,Lubricating or oiling it making it rust free and easy operational all complete ( for External; Windows at any floor level)

Renewing J bolts /screws in exsisting corugated gs sheet roofing including providing and fixing GI washers and bitumin washres making it leakage proof all complete as per site requirement .

Providing and fixing Asbastos fiber reninforced false ceilling tiles of size 60cm X 60 cm or as per site requirment in exsisting false ceilling frame work including necessary arrangement of fixing in position , lead lift all complete .

Cleaning of external window glass at all hight level removing cement mortor deposites , stains etc , cleaning and making it transperant like for day light.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm).

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint on exsisting particle board partition including rubbing with 600 no. sand paper and thereafter applying two or more coats of paint to give required shade all complete as per direction of Engineer -in charge .
