Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position including all quoins, arches & pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto item no. 3 but except brick work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls/ etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water ,

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement; 4 coarse sand)(sand source - Badarpur only) furrowing the under layer with scatching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings incl nailing with 75 mm MS nails @ 450 mm both ways on wall surface complete all as specified and forming groove (area of each panel not exceeding 2 sqm each) of size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete incl taking down old plaster as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Note : - All rendering work is to be done in cement mortar made out of cement and filterd badarpur sand (fine aggregate only ) subject to grading and seive analysis as per MES SSR PART -I

M&L for Rendering 10+5 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified. (Water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately).Note : All rendering work is to be done in cement mortar made out of cement and filterd badarpur sand (fine aggregate only ) subject to grading and seive analysis as per MES SSR PART -I

M/L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer with fully Automatic Airless spray technology with max working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails,braces, etc.,complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting in or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, confirming; Fe 410-W. all as specified and directed

Dismantling of old stone broken/cracked stone slabs in laid bedded and pointed in any morter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars,window-cills, cooking platform and like in cement morter (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 as in cooking platform complete all as specified and directed.
