Preventive maintenance and routine check-up of the indoor VRF cassette units :of 2.5 TR capacity model No. RCI-2.5 FSKDNQ- 08 Nos, Ceiling Suspended units, at NCN data centre, clean with mild Air blower in the coil side and remove the inside fine filter, cleaned with Soap solution after cleaning process fix in proper place ,check the drainage water tank and cleaned ,replace the communication cables and sensor if found defective including all kind of replacement of minor spare parts. Preventive maintenance and routine check-up of the outdoor VRF units: 10 HP capacity Model No. RAS-10HNBCMQ1 - 2 Nos, 14 HP capacity Model No RAS-14HNBCMQ1 1 Nos. having Inverter Compressors, installed at NCN Data Centre including clean with Air blower of condensing coil, outdoor fan motors, replace the communication cables and sensor if found defective, all kind of repair cost of replacement of minor spare parts.
