Preventive Maintenance(PM) of Centrifugal Blowers : Frequency : Quarterly (once in 3 months) PM works involves tbe following: a) Ensure Drive V-Belts tension (if reqd, adjust motor) b) Replace damaged V-belts c) Ensure coupling in good condition (if reqd, replace) d) Grease the Brearings e) Ensure Flexible joints in good condition (if reqd, replace) f) Ensure Belt guard in good position (if reqd, reset) g) Grease Damper bearings h) Ensure all fasteners are in complete fastened conditon (if reqd, fasten) i) Ensure the actuator connections in order (if reqd, refix) j) Report, if any abnormality in functioning Note : PM shall be performed for installed 184 qty per quater.

Blowers upto 55 KW capacity

Blowers from 56 KW to 350 KW capacity

Preventive Maintenance(PM) of Horizontal coupled Centrifugal Pumps : Frequency : Quarterly (once in 3 months) PM works involves tbe following: a) Makeup oil in bearing chamber b) Ensure coupling in good condition (if reqd, replace) c) Ensure coupling guard in position (if reqd, adjust & fasten) d) Ensure NO water leakage (if reqd, rectify) e) Remove Strainer clean & re-fit f) Ensure all Nut Bolts are fastened (if reqd, fasten) g) Drain hydrocyclone till sediment is bleeded out h) Report if any abnormality is observed Note : PM shall be performed for installed 32 qty per quater.

Pumps upto 20 KW capacity

Pumps from 21 KW to 60 KW capacity

Preventive Maintenance(PM) of Monobloc Centrifugal Pumps : Frequency : Quarterly (once in 3 months) PM works involves tbe following: a) Replace gland packing b) Ensure guard in position (if reqd, adjust & fasten) c) Ensure NO water leakage (if reqd, rectify) d) Remove Strainer clean & re-fit e) Ensure all Nut Bolts are fastened (if reqd, fasten) f) Report if any abnormality is observed Note : PM shall be performed for installed 26 qty per quater.

Preventive Maintenance(PM) of Fresh Air Filters Banks: Frequency : Quarterly (once in 3 months) PM works involves tbe following: a) Clean the filters using pressure pump (Pump in contractor"s scope) b) Ensure Filters in good condition (if required, Replace) c) Ensure the WASS/Pressurization room is clean and dry d) Remove Strainer clean & re-fit e) Report if any abnormality is observed Note : PM shall be performed for installed 38 SET per quater.

Preventive Maintenance(PM) of Air Washer Tanks : Frequency : Once in a year or as required PM works involves tbe following: a) Drain Water & clean the tank b) Ensure Float valve in good working condition c) Ensure spray nozzles in position & a good water spray ( if required, replace/ re-position nozzles) d) Remove Strainer clean & re-fit e) Ensure Pump discharge pressure >7 psi f) Ensure pressure guage in good condition ( if reqd, replace) f) Report if any abnormality is observed Note : PM shall be performed for installed 16 qty per year.

Filter Bank up 50 filters with tank floor size less than 25 SqM.

Filter Bank from 51 to 120 nos Filter Banks with tank floor size between 25 to 65 SqM.

Painting of Ventilation Equipment : Frequency : Once in a year or as required PM works involves the following : a) Cleaning the surface with a scrubber /wire brush/sand paper/approved solutions b) 2 coats of red oxide Primer of approved make & allow it to dry c) 2 coats of Enamel paint of approved make

Ventilation Equipment consists of Blowers, Actuator-assembly, Pumps, Filter-frames, connected Steel doors. etc

Preventive Maintenance of Electricals of all Venilation Systems: Frequency : Once in a year and or as required PM of Electricals ensure NO LOOSE Connections at & in : All MCC Panels All VFD Panels also PLC, Analog & Digital -I/O Panels All Damper Panels All Drives All Local Push Buttons Replacement of components & wiring etc. to ensure healthy status.

Repair /Replacement of Ventilation Ducts by dismantling, Fabricating new ducts & installation of damaged ducts & other Miscellaneous works including Structural Steel welding.
