Taking down carefully old unserviceable aluminum/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, lamp holders, pendants, regulators sockets, light fittings, junction/terminal boxes etc; removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc., to match with existing surrounding surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable main switches/ distribution boards/Fuse Units of any description alongwith MCBs/MCCBs and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surrounding finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable light fittings only and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring of any description and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surrounding finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor (with colour coding of Red/Blue/Yellow for phase and Black for neutral), drawn through and including rigid non metallic PVC casing and capping of suitable size (not less than 25mm) and accessories fixed on walls/ceilings etc., including provision of PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm FRLS cable with copper conductor green in colour for earth continuity and connected to common earth dolly and sunk in CI boxes/pressed steel terminal boxes 60mm deep made out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of anti-corrosive paint outside and with two coats of aluminium paint inside and laminated sheet cover of 3 mm thick on top for housing the switches, socket outlet etc, all as specified and as directed for the following :-

Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any make, size from its location, handed over to AGE E/M store yard without any damage complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old corroded GI bracket of 25 mm dia and supply and fixing new GI brackets of GI pipe light grade of size 25 mm dia including nuts, bolts and washers for building secufity light complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to 4mm dia GI earth wire as earth lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to common earth dolly including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on external wall surfaces and applying two coat of weather proof (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property over a coat of primer of the same manufacturer as that of paint) complete all as specified and as directed.
