Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including nainital or similar pattern in roof or wall covering complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Supply and fix pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated or trapezoidal shape steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Supply and fix pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick, of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, valley gutters, roof covering, cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets of any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Supply and fix GI framework (SNAP GRID) for false ceiling using E-grid (exposed ceiling suspension system) of grid size 600mm x 600mm with main runner of 38mm x 24mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm and providing and including 4mm thick Non Asbestos fiber cement designer board (E-Board classic) in the grid of GI system, duly suspended with 4mm dia GI bar hanger, fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip, providing necessary positions for light fixtures, air conditioning, diffuser and ducts, sprinkler, smoke detectors etc.; The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220mm maximum c/c, the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall, flush fitting 1220mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c, so as to form 600mm x 600mm grid complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Demolition of Brick work including all quoins, arches, pillars etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M & L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

All as per item No 7.00 above but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finishing rendering even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth, without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of colour washing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of colour washing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall and applying one coat of 3mm thick Birla White wall care putty and two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Complete removal of existing treatment on plastered surfaces of wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by engaging skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for providing one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio, to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine, with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute, having a pressure of 3300 PSI, Allowing 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats over primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for providing two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion, of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre, as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti-fungal (Algae) properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm, diluted with water as per manufacturer's instructions, applied over priming coat provided under BOQ item No. 16.00 with fully automatic airless spray machine with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute, having a pressure of 3300 PSI and allowing 6-8 hrs for first coat to dry before application of second coat complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces, of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surface, exceeding 10 cm in width and girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

All as per item No. 20.00 above but exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Supply and fix Anodized aluminium powder coated sliding glazed window shutter (double leaf glazed shutter and single leaf mosquito proof shutter each in single frame work) WITH FRAME without sash bars with anodized aluminium shutter of section 40.00mm x 20.00mm x 2mm thick, and window chowkats/frames of section 92.00mm x 29.50mm x 2mm thick, including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap on beading for fixing glass panes in frames, screws, handle, tower bolts and locking arrangement etc. and providing and including 4mm thick sheet glass, tinted quality on panel and aluminium anodized wire cloth for mosquito proofing, 0.45mm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.40mm, fixed with aluminium screws and tacks and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. NOTE: Providing glazing and wirecloth to windows including all hardware is included in the rates quoted for this item.

S&F Steel windows for industrial buildings, with centre hung shutters including brass pivots, catch spring and pulley wheel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. NOTE: Glazing and painting to steel windows shall be measured and paid separately under respective items in this BOQ.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hold fast block or bed block complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

S&F 4.8 mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

S&F 5.5 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

S&F Rolled Mild Steel Structural Steel work as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of grade Fe-410W (Gde E-250) Quality B, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for preparation of old painted plastered wall surfaces, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and steel based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of spoils/ demolished material to a distance not exceeding 100m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in floors or sub bases or levelling cource, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

(i) Preparation of Surfaces :- M&L for preparation of concrete surfaces and should be free from contumnation such as mortar, paint splashes, oil, grese, etc. Excessive laitance should be removed by light mechanical grinding followed by vacuum cleaning. (ii) Application primer:- It shall be ensured that the surface is bone dry during the application of primer Bostik prime coat/HFP 120 of Asian Paints Ltd. The 2 part system shall be mixed mechanically using a slow HFP 120 of Assian Paints speed heavy duty drilling machine (400 to 500 rpm) fitted with suitable peddle to achieve homogeneous mix. The mix material applied by brush allowed to dry completely total thickness of primer should be 50 micron (dry thickness). (iii) Underlay Screed :- When the primmer coat reaches tack free state, the basses, filler and hardener of the epoxy resin bostik epoxy underlay screed shall be mixed using a slow speed heavy suty drilling machine (400 to 500 rpm) fitted with a suitable paddle to achive homogeneous mix and applied on the primer surface using trowel application as the layer screed at 2 mm thickness. Spike roller shall be applied to the surface for uniformness and allowed to dry. Total thickness of screed should be 2 mm. (iv) Application of Epoxy PU Self Leveling top coat :- When the above Epoxy underlay screed gets dry, the base, hardener, color paste and filler of the Epoxy self leveling shall be mixed mechanically as described above and applied over the underlay surface by trowel application. Apply spike roller to get a uniform finish and allowd to dry. Thickness of topping should be 1mm and toltal thickness of system will be 3mm.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors/ sub base of tiles/floor of hard standing/path etc and finishing the surface even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, concrete shall be laid in alternate bays n exc 2 sqm each with 10 mm thick joints in consecutive bays, cement concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. NOTE: Forming of joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.

M&L for Forming Construction joint in plinth protection, of size 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound of grade A, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-2 i.e. M-15 (nominal mix) as in surface channels and drains Including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling, including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises away from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface of size 300mm x 200mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match colour of tiles as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps fixed over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or metal frames or aluminium frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins / spring clips or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

S&F Rough cast wired glass, 6.4mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square n. exc. 0.50sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for 12mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work/ aluminium frame work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for providing powder coated push pull type fully glazed door shutter (single leaf / double leaf) having top rail of section 85.00mm x 44.45mm x 2.00mm, bottom rail of section 85.00mm x 44.45mm x 2.00mm thick, door verticals of section 44.45mm x 44.45mm x 2.00mm thick and lock rail of section 85.00mm x 44.45mm x 2.00mm thick with aluminium powder coated chowkats of section 63.50mm x 33.10mm x 2.50mm thick including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap beading, screws, handle and locking arrangement, and providing and fixing and including 5.5 mm thick float glass tinted quality on top/bottom panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. Note : Door closer shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for RCC 1:1½:3 type A1(20mm graded stone aggregate) nominal mix as in beams, seimic bands, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Use and Waste for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

All as per Srl Item No. 48.00 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/aprons laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, and removing away from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L pre-polished cement concrete chequered tiles, area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n exc 0.11 Sqm and 25 mm thick with white cement and pigments, of approved make, jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match with the tiles laid over and including cement mortar screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Taking down rolling shutter of any type for repairs/ replacement of defective components such as rolling system and pulling system, re-assembling the whole rolling shutter including greasing complete, welding, drilling where required and refixing the shutter in the same opening complete, area of each shutter exc 20 sqm but not exc 50 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. NOTE: (i) All the shutters shall be removed carefully with accessories without damaging the adjacent structures. (ii) Contractor shall lay out all the defective parts of removed shutter at site and after verification by Engr-in-charge, defective parts shall be replaced with new fitting/items. (iii) The new fixtures/items/parts shall be paid extra at supply only rates. (iv) All the repaired parts/accessories, along with new parts/accessories shall be reassmebled and fixed to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge in existing postion. (v) The cost for necessary greasing, easing etc for full proper functioning of the shutter, is included in the rate quoted for this item. (vi) The defective/ removed parts/ accessories of rolling shutter shal become the property of the contractor at Sch of Credit rates under Srl item No. 8.00 of Sch of Credit. (vii) The cost of labour require for taking down of rolling shutter, replacement of defective parts with new parts, reassembling of serviceable parts, oiling and greasing and re-erection in same or other opening is included in the rate quoted for this item.

Supply and fix IN REPAIRS stop valves 20 mm dia cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type), screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or unions, and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

S&F IN REPAIRS 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

E & M PORTION INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully aluminium/copper conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and removing away from site (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.
