Supply and Installation of Hydrogen Injection System in BF-1, Bokaro Steel Plant, Bokaro (Jharkhand)”on Turnkey basis.

• The Bidder should have completed Supply, Erection/Supervision of erection, Commissioning/Supervision of commissioning of at least one hydrogen gas injection System in Blast Furnace / Vertical Shaft Reactor in the last 7 years as on date of issue of NIT. In support of eligibility and experience, the bidder is required to submit self attested photocopies of work orders/letter of award of contract/Contract / Purchase Order and completion certificates/commissioning certificate/Performance Certificate/ or any other document showing completion of job issued by the client or by concerned authorities etc. and an affidavit stating that the documents furnished by them are genuine.

• The Bidder can also participate on the strength of its Parent/Group Company having experience as specified in the criterion in Sl. No1 above. The Participating bidder shall submit documentary proof / evidence of its relation with Parent/Group Company fulfilling the eligibility criterion at Sl. No 1 above. Also the participating bidder should submit the document as proof of its established relation with Parent/Group Company and a letter of Undertaking / Comfort Letter from the Parent/Group Company for required engineering, erection and commissioning support whenever applicable

• In case, the bidder is a consortium of two or more parties as members, (not more than three parties) the experience (as mentioned in point 1) of the concerned member should be commensurate with the responsibility matrix provided in the consortium agreement.

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder, ( applicable for Indian Bidder) during the consecutive three financial years ending March 2025 shall not be less than Rs 11 Crores ( Rupees Eleven Crores Only). In case of Consortium bidding, Minimum Turnover requirement for each Consortium member = Total Turnover Requirement as in point 4 X % (percentage) of scope of work in value terms of total contract value declared in Consortium Agreement (MoA). The net worth of the bidder / all consortium bidders should be positive in the Financial year ending 31st March 2025, as per Audited annual accounts.

• No Corporate Insolvency Resolution/Liquidation Process should have commenced in respect of any bidder / consortium bidder under National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). (A self declaration in the prescribed format (Annexure-7 of SBD-24) by the consortium Bidder to this effect shall be submitted).

• 6. Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI(The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India) from 01.07.2019 onwards, shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number(UDIN)

• 7. Minimum domestic value addition under Domestically Manufactured Iron & Steel Products (DMI&SP) May 2025 shall be 50%. All bidders shall ensure compliance with the latest DMI&SP Policy and its subsequent clarifications issued by the Ministry of Steel, Government of India.
