Cutting in all kinds of earth such as pick work, blassting work, chiselling when when blasting is prohibited in soft/hard rock or such mixed or other veriety of soil of rocks etc. stacking of servicable matirial to specified diamenssions and dispossed of unservicable materiale at the place specified by Engineer in earth work and disposal of excavted earth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge

Excavation in foundation,trenches (for pipes & pits) up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming & dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring/strutting, planking,timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the usable & unusable material/soil separaterly & after laying, jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 Cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic,night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm( Forty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcment for reinforcement concrete work in :- foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 1cement:2 sand 4 graded aggregate 20mm nominal size curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for RCC work in In suspended floor roofs landing shalves & their support balconies,beams, girders bressumers cantilevers upto floor two level:- with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12( 1cement 6 sand 12 graded stone aggrigate 40 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinths.with in all leads & lifts as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Random rubble masonry (Uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement:6sand:12aggrigate 20mm nominal size) in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) in breast wall and retaining walls. within all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

20 mm thick plastering single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonery for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm girth and finished even and sommoth CC 1:6. with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R.S. Joists,channels, angles, tees etc. with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer Incharge

Supplying & fixing galvanised steel bar-bed wire (IS 278-1962 Type -I ) Weighting 9.38 kg per 100 mtr. Straing and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining the belts, including, securing with and providing of GMS pins etc as directed (past, of wood, concrete steel etc and straining bolt shall be paid for seperately as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.)

Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge-Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttress, plinth and string couress and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor roofs landing & like floor etc.,upto 200mm thickness.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing MS Sheet Man hole cover with locking arrangement including lock, nuts & bolts & other fittings complete with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing GI Sheet cover with locking arrangement complete with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Laying , jointing and testing in trenches Galvanised Mild Steel tube of the following dia metres including smooth bending by necessary bends, or through pipe bending machine with necessary all pipe fittings such as Tees, Elbows, Union & Reducers etc. of ISI marked & testing for leakage complete with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer - in - charge.
