Detailed designing, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of 'Construction of New ATC Tower cum Technical Block, Fire station and other associated works at DABH Airport, Indore. SH: Detailed Designing, Engineering, Procurement and Construction for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Air Conditioning, IT, CNS, Pavements and Ancillary works'. as set forth in Schedule - A and as specified in Schedule - B together with provision of project facilities as specified in Schedule - C and in-conformity with the specifications and standards set forth in Schedule - D, including performance and fulfillment of all other obligations of the contractor and ensuring compliances to all provisions contained elsewhere in the contract and in accordance with the provisions of this tender and matters incidental there to necessary for the performance of any and all the obligations of the contractor under this tender. Scope of work shall also cover operation for period of 7 years including DLP of 2 years and maintenance for period of 7 years including AICMC of Electrical & Mechanical Works,& IT Works for period of 5 years after DLP. Bidder shall include cost of maintenance for 7 years (including AICMC for period of 5 years after DLP) in this quote as set forth in Schedule -N (PART - B). However, bidder shall not include cost for operation in this quote. Cost of operation like applicable minimum labour wages, PF, ESIC etc. for period of 7 years shall be reimbursed by AAI on actual basis after submission of duly verified documentary evidence as set forth in Schedule - N (PART - A). However, overhead and profit against operation shall include in this quote. The bidder shall quote the offer excluding GST.
