Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment including preparing surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer including filiing all cracks with approved crack filler upto Two storey height complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Acrylic emulsion weather coat paint :- Asian (Apex Ultima) ,Berger (Super coat ) or ICI Dulux (weather shield). Make of primer :- Asian or Equivalent . Note:- (a) Preparation/ scrapping of surfaces will be carried out through machinery only. (b) Each stage i.e. application of primer, application of exterior emulsion first and second coat will be passed from Engr-in -Charge. All painting work will be carried out through machinery(spray painting) only. (c) Sufficient quantity of material will be brought at site by the contractor before commencement of work for entire satisfaction by Engineer in charge.

Material and Labour for applying 1 mm thick weather coat Asian/Birla/JK wall care white putty in two layers in external walls, roof projection, fins and fascia etc. with wire brush or any manual/ mechanical method and reaching upto old plastered surface complete all as specified and directed. Make of Weather coat Putty :- Asian Paint (Smart care waterproof) / Berger (home shield) / Dulux (Aquatech waterproof putty).

Material and Labour for two coat of exterior emulsion paint red or tinted on walls or fascia of roof or chajjas width between 10 cm to 30 cm including removal of existing treatment and applying 1 mm thick water proof wall care putty over a coat of primer upto tripple storey bldg incl filling of cracks/ holes with approved fiiler and obtained smooth surface by sand paper complete all as specified & directed. Make of Acrylic emulsion weather coat paint :- Asian (Apex Ultima) ,Berger (Super coat ) or ICI Dulux (weather shield). Make of primer :- Asian or Equivalent .

Material and Labour for 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface/ stone wall and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement ) upto tripple storey bldgs including taking down plaster of walls scrubbing down with water and dispose of dibries where directed by EIC, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Qty of WPC to be used @200ml per cement bag or as per manufacturer's instructions (ii) WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Material and Labour for 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of chajjah/projection ceiling upto tripple storey bldg and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement ) including taking down plaster, scrubbing down with water and dispose of dibries where directed by EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or decayed portion of concrete from ceiling, chajja, upward facia, downward facia in any position, any height(upto 3rd floor) and making good by, rendering 15mm thick with CM 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 type B(using 20mm graded aggregate) finished even and fair including dubbing coat without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for up rooting of tree roots, shurbs and other vegetation growth from brick wall / stone wall/ concrete surfaces by making holes as required and making good the surfaces in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 all as directed.

Material and Labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on vent/waste CI pipe 80/100 mm bore with socket of any description upto tripple storey bldgs including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (block, Roman, Italic or Indian exc 100mm and n.exe 300mm high for writing bldgs Nos with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour complete all as specified and directed.
