Dismantling the damaged floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles / Glazed tiles/ cuddapah slab and clearing away with carefully stacking the material useful for reuse for any thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Removing the Exisiting Plywod partition without causing any damage to the building.

Removing the Existing Damaged Light Fittings Wiring Circuit wiring etc complete and handed over the usable materials if any to showroom manager and removed the debris from site.

Removing the Existing Damaged Racks and handed over the usable materials if any to showroom manager.

Removing the Existing Damaged Sales Counter and handed over the usable materials if any to showroom manager.

Removing the Existing Damaged False Ceiling without causing any damage to the Existing Building.

Removing the existing AC machine and handed over to show room manager safely.

Collecting the scattered debris from the campus and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and leveling etc.,

Providing post construction of Anti termite treatment with ISI make chemicals by drilling ½ dia hole at frequent interval as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 1600 x 800 x 10mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Engineer before use on works)

Providing and fixing of Metal fabricated staircase with two stringer beam section placed 6" offset from both sides for the width of 3'0" as per drawing. The stringer beam section shall be 5" x 21/2"x3mm thick shall be used which is painted with anticorrosive paint on top enamel painting as per approved colour by the engineer in charge, This beam shall be fixed 22 nos of tread plate with 8mm thick MS Plate of 11" x 36" and firmly welded as per drawing.This shall be provided with 2 Nos of landing plate with stringer beam support of size 3'3" x 3'3" shall be provided with 8mm thick MS plate. This shall be fixed with flooring tile /granite of 18mm to be fixed on top. This shall be complete as per direction and guidance of the engineer incharge and as per detailed drawing.

Providing and fixing of Staircase handrail with 12mm thick toughned glass and the edges shall be provided with Edge railing either by Wood on top or with edge pvdf coated profiles as per approval and detailed drawing. This shall be fixed for the height of 3'0" from the tread level as per standards.

Providing Gyp Board false ceiling using 12mm thick SAINT GOBIN/ Equivalent board with ISI MARK gyp board with necessary Gyp arc/Gypsum/equivalent G.i perimeter and L angle, T angle hooks etc as per standard specification. The rate including painting two coats of Asian/ Equivalent emulsion paint over one coat of primer and putty work as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing a single Skin Gypsum Panelling system, to be constructed as per drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The partition shall be complete in all respects, including framework, boarding, joint treatment, and finishing. The framework shall be made with Galvanised Iron (GI) stud and track sections of approved make and gauge, studd spacing as per the manufacturer’s recommendation and site requirement (typically 600mm c/c) ,Vertical and horizontal members to be installed with proper anchorage to the floor, ceiling, and adjoining walls. Boarding shall be made out of 12.5mm thick Gypboard (Gypsum plasterboard) on one side of the framing. Boards to be screwed firmly to the GI framework using drywall screws at standard spacing with all required cutouts and service openings (if any) to be provided as per approved drawings. All board joints to be taped with fibre mesh tape and finished using jointing compound (putty) in multiple coats to achieve a smooth, even surface by Sanding and touch-up to be done to achieve a ready-to-paint surface.

Providing and fixing Double Skin Gypsum Partition system, to be constructed as per drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying and fixing of Wall Panelling using GI Framing fixed vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m fixing 12mm commercial ply thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws. The plywood portion to be finished by 1mm thick colour lamination etc., The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Engineer concerned before use on work etc., complete per Drawing and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick commercial plywood Panelling as boxing for the staircase side boxing for display. This shall be fixed with 18mm commercial plywood cladded commercial ply framing and then finished with 1mm premium laminate as per approval and this shall be complete in all aspects including all required hardwares and other material and to complete in all aspects as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying and fixing Solid Core Flush Door for the display area on the first floor, complete in all respects as per approved design, material, and direction of departmental officers. The door shutters shall be made out of a Solid Core Flush Door of 30-35mm thk laminated on both sides with a 1mm thick laminate of approved colour and shade. this shall be provided with a door frame finished with 1mm laminated to complement the door shutter colour as per approval. This further shall be fixed with High-quality locking arrangement, Door stopper, hinges, screws, buffers, and all necessary fixtures to be included and All hardware to be of approved make and finish. The door and frame shall be installed plumb, level, and true to line with all joints and finishes shall be neat, aligned, and without visible gaps.Door edges to be sealed or lipped as required for durability.

Providing and fixing of 450 mm depth Storage units in Cotton display racks in ground floor made out of 18mm ply and finished with 1mm thick laminate om all exposed surface and the internal surafce shall be finished with 0.8mm laminate as per approved colour.the shutters shall be fixed with flutted panels.This storage shall be provided with one divider shelf internally made out 18mm thick commercial ply finished with 0.8mm thick lainate.To complete as per design and in all aspects as per design details and as per direction of engineer.

Providing and fixing of Hanger rods made out of Alumium / Ms tubes as per approved thickness fabricated of size 25mm x 25mm and fixed for Hanger rods as per design and details. This shall be fabricated with readymade pvdf coated frames or coated with PVDF gold / grey/black coating pvdf glossy finish as per approval. To complete in all aspects and fixed as per details and direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of Silk display table of 4'0" Width and island display made out of 18mm ply of make Century/Greenlam / Archid and this shall be provided with shelfs on staff side and all exposed surface shall be finished with laminate and the internal surface shall be finished with 0.8mm thick laminate. to complete in all aspects as per details and direction of engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing of Billing counter made out of 18mm comm.ply of century / Archich or equivalent. This shall of size 10'0" x 3'0" height on the customer side and the 2'0" table top on staff side. This shall be provided with 2 drawer unit for the cash and open shelf on the other side for width of 1'6" for the delivery bags. All internal and external surface shall be fixed with 1mm thk laminate. This shall be made as per details and drawing and to complete in all aspects as per direction of engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing Glass divider partition made out of PVDF coated glass profile made of section 25mm x 25mm fixed with 5mm glass and to fix as per details and direction of engineer incharge.
