Complete rewinding to the 5Hp Motor of Washing Machine in Unit I of Laundry Section at Govt. B&J Hospital, Srinagar by way of replacing damaged copper wiring of suitable gauge copper wiring as per existing pitch which may weigh around 8 Kg. The job includes providing & fitting of lathoroid sheets, bamboo sticks, varnishing compound and other consumable items required for carrying out such job. The job also includes disconnecting of the motor from the foundation of Washing machine and shifting it to the workshop by mechanical transport for rewinding and after carrying the necessary repairs shifting it back to the site and installing the same. The job also includes providing and fitting of ball bearings in place of damaged one and checking the performance of the same on full and idle load. (The firm has to quote less by scrap value of the damaged copper wiring). The Job further includes providing and fitting of Sensor Switch and Magnet to the washing machine in place of damaged one.
