Providing of skilled / semi skilled labour and other material for stabilization of tube wells with departmental V.T. Pump set of capacity 10000 GPH x 50 mtr for the sites mentioned above. Loading of material viz, V.T. Pump, D.G. Engine, Column pipes, tripod stand, chain pulley block etc. in MT and unloading of the same at the new tube well site. The job includes clearance of site by way of bush cutting in and around the complex, leveling and dressing of the ground for erecting tents. Erection of tripod stand and chain pulley block on the top of the tube well. Then lowering of the V.T. Pumping unit along with column pipes by way of tightening of flanges with nuts / bolts / washers / packing sheet using tools and tackles at required levels. Making of connection of the V.T. Pump with discharge head and engine. Then extraction/lowering of column pipes for extracting out the water from the tubewell at different positions for stabilization of the tube well at variable speeds to know the exact discharge, draw down, suitable pump position, yield and safe discharge. The pumping unit shall atleast run for 100 working hours or till extraction of sand free water. The POL has to be supplied in full only to run the D.G. Set due to which the V.T. Pump shall work, the D.G. Set shall work till sand free water is obtained. Then dismantling of engine and discharge head, extracting out the complete column pipes along with V.T. Pump by way of opening of fixtures from the lowered position and stacking them properly for its shifting. Dismounting of tripod stand and chain pulley block and stacking them properly. The job also includes providing of labour / POL / transportation charges /watch and ward of the site/equipments during the complete stabilization of the tubewell. (complete job)
