Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring including sunken MS boxes (light, fans, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,call bell, pendants, regulators, socket etc by unscrewing from board carefully and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including PVC conduit heavy duty with concealed wiring, MS sheet metal switch/Terminal box 1.2 mm thick and hylum switch board cover 3.0 mm thick switch board and brass screws with cap washers for one light/Fan point controlled by one single way switch including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified & directed .(Make of wire: .(Make of wire: Finolex/Polycab/Plaza Make of PVC Conduit :-Plaza/Prestoplast/Precision)

M&L Point wiring for one light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with two runs of FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm (phase & neutral) and one run of 1.5 Sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor for earth continuity wire to be drawn in and including PVC casing & caping ( medium grade) not less than 25 mm width with fittings & fixtures including MS sheet metal switch / terminal box 1.22 mm thick upto (200x300)mm size duly covered with backelite sheet cover 3.00mm thick and continutiy conductor shall be connected to common earth and earth dolly and making good disturbed surface to walls complete all as specified & directed . All as per item No.3 here in before but for 5/15 Amps point on independent board with two runs of 2.5 Sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed stranded Copper conductor and 2.5 Sqmm, FRLS grade PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor as earth wire.

Taking down unserviceable sub main /Sub circuit wiring of any type and size including conduit, batten wiring for necessary repair/replacement.
