Improvement of Parsumal-Kishorenagar road from 0/00 km to 19/857 km in the district of Angul under State Plan

Unit-Sqm Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit-Sqm Scarifying and removing the existing bituminous road surface to the required depth as per approved drawing and technical specifications and disposal of scarified materials within all lifts and lead upto 1000mtr. complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 305.4.3, 305.8, 305.9.5, 501.8.3.2, 501.8.7.2 and 501.8.8.1 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit-Sqm Reworking the scarified bituminous surface suitably after supplementing the base materials with sand and compacting finished surface as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900, Clause 501.8.3.2 and 501.8.8.1 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit-Cum Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil for road works with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, dressing of section to correct line, level, grade & camber for road work or dressing of sides and bottom for foundation of structures and loading into tippers, transporting to embankment site within all lifts and lead upto 1000mtr. and utilising the surplus earth locally for road work wherever required, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required etc complete in all respect as per clause 301 & 304 of Specification for road & bridge work of MORT&H (5th Revision) & Direction of Engineer in charge.

Unit-Cum Providing Wet Mix Macadam using crushed stone aggregates as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit-Sqm Providing and applying primer coat with medium setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit-Sqm Providing and applying tack coat with medium setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit-Cum Providing & laying Bituminous Macadam (Grading- II) using 60/70 grade Bitumen with Hot Mix Plant using crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.3 % by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to works site, lying with Hydrostatic Paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compacting as per Clause No.106, 108, 111, 112, 501, 503 , 504 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) &including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Unit-Cum Providing and laying compacted Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with Batch type Hot Mix Plant using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 (VG-30) penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibtratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501 & 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unit-Cum Providing compacted shoulder with granular materials by using moorum of approved quality, watering and compacting with PRR to achieve the required density in OMC complete in all respect as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 408 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
