Construction of Community Hall at Athuvambadi Panchayat Package No.52/2022-23 Polur Block of Tiruvannamalai District under SFC Dt. Pts 2022 to 2023

Earth work excavation and depositing on banks with initial lead and lift in gravelly soil stiff clay, hard stiff clay, murram, boulders mixed with gravel as per SS 20-B for foundation.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M.Sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling of conveyed earth with a lead of 5Km for basement filling.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOSKS. STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm * 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarian props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete and as directed.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/Ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, complete complying with standard specfication. Fe 500

Design M25 mix using 20mm machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding cenetering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand ) and Kraft paper laid without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cem,ent mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" etc., complete

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand)12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters if approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm *23cm *2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with redoxide to the full depth of tiles, complete complying with standard specification. (The rate is inclusive of redoxide and water proofing compound ) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Dadooing walls with best approved quality,Plain ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm

Fabrication and supply of Mild Steel Door of any required size with double leaf,outter frame of 35x35x 5mm equal MSL angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5mm equal MSL angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2Nos.horizontal and 3 Nos. diagonal for each shutter using M S flat of size 20x5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain M S full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixin by welding 6 Nos. of hold fasts,2 Nos. wind appliances,3 Nos. tower bolts,1 No. aldrop2 Nos. handles, fixing shutterwith6 Nos.of hinges with outter frame of the door including painting the whole unit with one coat best quality of red oxide primer.

Fabrication and supply of Mild Steel Window of any required size with Three leaf.Outter frame of 35x35x 5mm equal MSL angle, Mullion section made of 35x 35x5mm equal T-section, shutter frame made of 25x25x5mm equal MSL angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 1No.horizontal for each shutter using M S flat of size 20x5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain M S full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixin by welding.Protective grill with 12 mm squqre M S rods at an intervel of not grater than 10 cm centre to centre to the outter frame.2 Nos of peg stays with hole for keeping the windows open in different positions,2 Nos. of locking handles fixing the shutters with 4 Nos. of hinges hold fasts, 6 Nos.of hinges with outter frame of the window including painting the whole unit with one coat best quality of red oxide prime including labour charges for fixing (window size 1.80 x1.50)

Solid PVC Door shutter using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq. tubes for styles and outer frames, 15mm MS sq. tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable suitable rebate for housing the shutter (0.75 x 2.10)

Painting two coats using I st quality readymix enamel paint of approved colour over new iron work including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the engineer before use on work.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. Rainwater Downfall pipes of 110mm diametre with necessary shoes, bends and other speicals, clamps, screws, nails, teakwood plugs etc., complete including cost of all materials. The rate is to include cost of removable cast iron Gratings of appropriate size. The size of teakwood plugs to be used is 150mm * 25mm in front and 200mm * 75mm in rear and all other sides with a depth of 100mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of "U" clamps at the cnetre of the pipe screwed to the plugs. The special type of 'U' clamps at the centre of the pipe to be fixed in addition to these for more than three metres pipe length, complete complying with standard specification.

Manufacturing,supplying and fixing of stainless steel hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L grade stainless steel pipe of 1.6mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia stainless steel pipe post of 1mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.6mm thick in between.The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 x 100 x 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete.The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance,electrical charges,ect.complete.

Supplying and fixing in position S.S.Handrails using 40mm pipes of 2mm thickness spaced at 900mm centre to centre and the top connected with 40mm pipe hand rails by means of SS pipes of 20 MM size two nos provided at the bottom of hand rail; the bottom shall be fixed on to the top of step concrete. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
