Construction of Urban Homeless Shelter

Bored pile 450mm dia Boring, providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete pile of specified diametre and length below the pile cap in cement specified diametre and length below the pile cap in cement concrete 1:1.5:3 to carry a safe working load not less than specified excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including bentonite solution machinery charges labour charges etc all complete.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10metres and lift of 2metres in all kinds of soil except mediumrock, dense medium rock and hard rock requiring blasting including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick, watering and consolidation and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places as shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift. cleaning,levelling the site etc,. complete complying with standard specifications.(TNBP No.20B)

Laying Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement,four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm ISS Hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and basement including watering if found necessary and laid inlayers of 15cm thick, and consolidated including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to work site all labour and incidental charges etc,. complete complying with standard specifications.(TNBP No.28)

Supplying and errecting of steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting complete up to 3.29m height and plane surfaces such a Rcc slabs rectangular beam lintels, bed blocks , staircase waist slab and landing beams conopy beam etc, with all cross bracsings using mild steel sheets of size 25x25x3mm for boarding and over silver oak (cw) oists of size 10x6.5cm spaced at about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina propos of 10 to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c etc, complete complyinf with standard specification and as dirrected by the departmental officers.Roof Beam

Supply and fabricating placing in position of mild steel or ribbed tar sheet grill for Rcc work including cost of steel and binding wire labour charges for recoiling cutting , binding ,tying the rods and placing the grills in position etc complete complying with standard specification TBBP 86 , 86A ,& 86B (up to 16mm dia rod)

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS staandards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications

Supply and fixnig of MS grills for doors , windows and ventilators as directed by departmental officers including cost of MS grills, red oxide primer one coat and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Supplying and filling with clean river sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted including cost and conveyance of sand and filling charges etc. complete as per SS and 24V, VI(S4)8

Platering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials finishing curing and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Ceiling plastering with cm 1:3 mix, 10mm thick (one cement and three sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials finishing curing and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification

Paving the flooring with Morbonite tiles of approved colour and quality of size 60cmx60cm cover a bed of cm 1:3 mix 20mm thick and pointing with cement using 2.20kg / sqm including finishing the joint etc complete for 10sqm

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 305mm X 200mm X 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement, two sand) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Weathering course with concrete brocken brick jelly 20mm size uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (no sand to be added ) over the rcc roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12:3 by volume well beaten with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jiggery water as per satndard specification as directed by the departmental officers

Terrace flooring with hydraulic pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cm 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete as per satndard specification

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scribing clean remove of dire etc.complete and including cost of necessary wherever rrquired and all labour charges scaffolding charges etc comlete as per standaard specification

Painting two coats over new iron work with ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour including cost of all materials and labour charges, brushes and scaffolding charges etc. complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian type colour glazed water closet of size 23" with P or S trap and with foot rest and packing with brick broken jelly lime concrete 1:2:5, 100mm thick using 40mm brick jelly ISS gauge and finished to sludge out any leakage and default including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications

Supplying and fixingin position of European water Closet glzed earthern ware of approved quality with p or s trap confirming to IS-2556 part xii with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken jelly in lime concrete 1:2.5 mix 100mm thick and finishing the top required slope and including necessary connection to easr iron soil pipe by dismantling brick masonry RCC roof / floor slab and making the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc complete complying with std, specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian mark glazed earthen ware wash hand basin of size 550 x 400mm best approved with a pair of G.I brackets 15cm CP pillar tap 32mm CP waste rubber plug and chain 32mm GI waste pipe 15mm Pvc lead brass connection 15mm GM wheel valve 15mm brass nipple and giving necessary connection including cost of white lead TVV plug clamps rubber washer painting two coats paiistover iron materials complete.
