Towing Charges of water Tanker by using Suitable capacity Breakdown Van From Fulbari WTP to Garage.

Down the gear box and overhauling the clutch assy. And taken out the old and damaged gears, clutch, pressure plate, propeller shaft cross bearing and fitting fixing the same with supplied items also fitting fixing complete of the whole system.

Supply & Delivery of the following items:-

Clutch pressure plate

Openning all the wheels (F/R) part by part and taken out of All the wheels, hubs,brake ,all the wheels brake lining washing & adjusting etc. and fitting , fixing of the delivered items and also fitting fixing complete the whole system with accessories ( like , bolts , nuts etc.) if necessary after proper greasing operation.

Service charge for overhauling of steering box by dismantle the steering box part by part and fitting fixing the same with supplied items and testing, replacing of service kit, tie rod end, column cross new fitting, steering suspension pin, & propeller shaft greasing, changing of oil seal kit and oil also fitting fixing complete of the whole systemas per direction of the EIC.

Service charge for dismentalling the Flywheel from engine and changing the broken Stud, repairing & polishing the the flywheel dish and refitting the same.

Supply & Delivery of the following items:-

Openning the self starter & alternator of the Engine portion and taken & remove out the damaged self field coil (24 volt) carbon, bearing, bush, pinion, armature copper wire, alternator starter coil, fine set, rotor, regulator etc and fitting fixing complete of all these supplied items along with alternator cutout (1no) alternator bearing (1no) and repairing the self starter & alternator and complete electrical line as per direction of EIC and also fitting fixing complete as a whole.

Painting of Full body , cabin ,chesis & wheel rim including number plate & monogram plate painting & writing and other necessary works is to be done as per direction of the EIC. with back light and rear mudguard fender(fanter) fittings and number plate painting with writing as per sample.

Dismentalling the electrical connection and damaged battery also refitting the New supplied battery & battery terminal .i) Exide Xpress :- FXPO-XP- 1000 [ 12 V, AH Rating - 100 ]

Washing and cleaning of full tanker incl Front glass ,all looking glasses by using suitable chemical agent.

Service Charges for rear side of water tanker Outlet valve dismentalling and reffitng by supplying New one.(1/2 inch dia brass Vlave 1 no. & 1/4 inch. dia 4 nos. PVC valve)

Repairing of wiring system and fitting of with supplied miscellaneous items.

servicing charges for Diesel tank Cleaning after dismentalling the the fuel line by using suitable cleaning agent.
