1) This item is reserved to be procured from RBI (IBA) approved sources. Railway reserves the right to place Bulk/entire order on RBI (IBA) approved sources. 2) Firms who are approved by RBI or Indian bankers Associations (IBA) for which firm to submit valid approval copy.

Supply should be as per tender description and specification.

Railway reserves the right to place bulk or entire order on the firm having proven past performance for successful supplied 20% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years and current financial year up to the date of tender opening to Indian railways/PSUs/Govt. organizations for the tendered or similar items (i.e. similar items: Thermal Tickets/PRS Tickets/UTS Tickets) for which firm shall submit order copies, inspection certificate/receipt note/completion certificate etc to substantiate their claim.

Have you furnished the statement of deviations [preferably nil]?

Have you attached any performance statements separately?

Are you coming under MSE status given as per guidelines issued by Railway Board for purchase preference vide letter No. 2010-RS [G] -363-1 Dt. 05.07.2012 or latest.

If yes, have you attached valid documents towards being MSE?

Have you submitted authenticated copy of the document authorizing the signatory to submit offer and commit on behalf of tenderers. Other conditions will be as per attached tender document.

Have you read the Security Deposit condition at clause 16 of General Conditions of tender document . Please note that as per recent guidelines, no exemptions from remitting of Security Deposit irrespective of registered with MSME etc.,

Have you quoted delivery period correctly and precisely?

Have you quoted Mode of dispatch on FOR destination basis for free delivery at destination with rate structure clearly indicating the basic rate, GST and freight etc, up to destination [consignees premises].

SVC: Applicable within original delivery period subject to documentary evidence. However increase in taxes or duties on account of increase in turnover or misclassification or misapprehension of law shall not be allowed

Have you furnished Bank account details such as Name of the Bank and address, account no., MICR, IFSC code and type of account to facilitate EFT payment?

Firm to indicate make-model-brand offered if any.

The tenderers in their bids shall indicate the details of their Jurisdictional Assessing Officers (Designation, address & email ID). In case of a contract award, a copy of the LOA/Purchase Order shall be immediately forwarded by Purchaser to the Jurisdictional Assessing Officer mentioned in the Tenderers bid.

Firms to mention complete address of place of inspection.

Penalty Clause: 1) Tenderer must note that the tickets are money value items and utmost careis expected for error free printing and supply. Also be noted that failure to supply error free tickets may cause serious and huge loss to Railways. 2) Without prejudice to other terms &conditions of contract and Railways legal rights in case of errors, following Pre-determined losses will be recovered from the vendors in case of errors in printing. Such as, misprinting,mistake in numbering (including double numbering or missing numbers) excess printing,missing tickets, duplicate tickets or other errors etc., "A nominal penalty of Rs.10/- (RupeesTen) per error per ticket shall be applicable for errors up to 0.01% (i.e. 100 errors in a million tickets) and errors over and above 0.01% shall be liable for penalty of Rs.1000/- (Rupees nethousand) per error per ticket." 3) The decision to determine whether or not an error has occurred in printing/supply shall rest with Principal Chief Materials Manager/S.W.Rly and thedecision shall be final and binding. The recovery of these predetermined losses shall not in any way mean dilution of any other contractual or legal rights that Railways might have in matter. The Railways also reserves the right to take any other actions as deemed fit in addition to the recovery of the specified pre-determined losses.

(a) I have read the clause 32 of the conditions of SWR/MMD General Conditions Of Tenders For Supply Contract Dated: 06/10/2025 attached with the tender regarding restrictions on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India and on sub- contracting to contractors from such countries. (b) I certify that this bidder is not from such a country and will not subcontract any work to a contractor from such countries unless such contractor is registered with the Competent Authority. I also certify that this bidder will not offer any products/services of entity from such countries unless such entity is registered with the Competent Authority.(c) I hereby certify that this bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered. (d) I hereby acknowledge that in the event of acceptance of my bid on above certificate and if the certificate is found to be false at any stage, the false certificate would be a ground for immediate termination of contract and further legal action in accordance with the Law. (Bidders confirming this certificate for Compliance shall select Yes in the Complied column. However, in case you do not confirm above certificate for Compliance, select NO in the complied column. In such cases you are required to submit the certificate for Compliance as per clause 32 of the conditions of SWR/MMD General Conditions Of Tenders For Supply Contract Dated: 06/10/2025 along-with their Bid/Offer.
