Scarifying or picking gravelled ,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth n.exc 50mm all as specified and directed.

Screening road metal, Chippings, etc. on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured)

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam with coarse aggregate of grading No-2 (63mm to 40 mm size) using lime stone or sand stone and spread, levelled, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc. with 8 to 10 tonne power roller all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No 3 above except material.

Preparation of new surfaces of WBM by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 10 Kgs/10 Sqm of road surface using paving bitumen

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam of any thickness (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder VG-30 (paving bitumen & sand stone or stone ballast coarse aggregates) content by weight of total mix, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete, (Note : All mtrls are prepared by hot mix plant)

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 5 Kgs/10 Sqm of road surface using paving bitumen.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 ton power roller laid with mechanical paver all as specified. (where the access of paver machine & roller is not available will be laid manually and compacted with hand roller as directed by Engineer-in-Charge).

M&L for cleaning the road surfaces of dirts, seals, oil grease, and foreign materials etc. and applying 2.5mm thick marking strips/lines, dashes, arrows, (retro reflective) of white or yellow colour using hot thermo plastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paints applicator machine fitted with profile shoe glass beads dispencer, propan tank heater and profile shoe heater drive by operator on existing/ new road surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (glass beads shall not be less than 300 gms per sqm).

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation manholes etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0m depth for foundation manholes etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for foundation manholes etc and getting out in hard rock complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0m depth for foundation manholes etc and getting out in hard rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material exe 250m but n.exe 500m and upto total distance of 1.5 km depositing where directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6, using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete.

Material & labour for 150mm bore Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe (DWC HDPE) of stiffness class designation SN 8 (conforming to I.S. 16098 Part-2 : 2013) (Spigot and Socket ended pipe) at site conforming to relevant I.S. and CPHEEO Specification jointing with rubber gasket, alongwith all necessary fittings for jointing the pipe complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 for 150 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 200mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete complete laid in trenches and jointed as specified complete with collers all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 200mm bore Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe (DWC HDPE) of stiffness class designation SN 8 (conforming to I.S. 16098 Part-2 : 2013) (Spigot and Socket ended pipe) at site conforming to relevant I.S. and CPHEEO Specification jointing with rubber gasket, alongwith all necessary fittings for jointing the pipe complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 for 200 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 300mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete and jointed as specified complete with collers all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 300mm bore Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe (DWC HDPE) of stiffness class designation SN 8 (conforming to I.S. 16098 Part-2 : 2013) (Spigot and Socket ended pipe) at site conforming to relevant I.S. and CPHEEO Specification jointing with rubber gasket, alongwith all necessary fittings for jointing the pipe complete all as specified & directed. complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 for 300 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks, Type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate), exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar in CM 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for rendering 20 mm thick in cm 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately at supply only rate)

M&L for Cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to roughly finished surface of concrete to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs,floor slabs ,landings and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (Nominal mix) in type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in slab supported walls, beams and columns in floors,roofs,landings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and as directed

S&F SFRC Man hole cover with frame (factory made) of 450mm dia all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains (150 mm dia pipe), making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6, using 20 mm graded aggregate as in plinth courses and hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down HDPE/GI pipes of 110/90 mm dia and connected fittings from the trenches/surface all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item ser No 39 above but 50mm dia

Supply, laying and testing of Ductile iron pipes 100 mm dia, class K-7, with spigot and socketed ends centrifugally cast (spun) with factory applied cement mortar lining inside the pipes and outside with zinc coating with suitable push on joint (rubber gasket D joint) all as directed and specified by Eng-in-Charge. Note: Excavation and earth work and DI specials where wherever required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply and fix rubber gasket joints suitable for 100mm bore DI pipe including jointing and jointing materials complete all as directed

Supply and fixing Ductile Iron fitting for spigot and socketed pipes or flanged pipes such as bends ( any type, radius and angle), tapers any type ( straight , bent, increasing / decresing or double socket etc), tee pieces ( single branch, 'Y ' juction, double branch, etc ), cross ( all socket and spigot , flanged , etc) collars,caps and plugs all as specifed all as directed upto 150mm dia

Supply and fix galvanised water tubes, medium grade 50 mm dia including all fittings, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sluice valve, cast iron body,100mm dia with stainless steel spindle, class-1 ISI marked, PN-1, both end flanged and drilled and fixed with bolts and nuts and washers including providing rubber insertion of suitable thickness complete of following sizes including taking out existing unserviceable sluice valves all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, in repairs,Gun metal gate valve, 50mm dia ,heavy duty, screwed both ends with iron wheel head suitable for following sizes of GI water tubing including provision of necessary unions, nipple, collar etc. and taking down existing un-serviceable gun metal gate valve complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for masonry valve pit of size 1000mmx1000mmx600mm internal size complete with excavation, earth work/PCC and brick work in CM 1:6, 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 internally/externally including 5mm thick MS Sheet cover and angle iron frame with with 40x40x5mm including locking arrangement of suitable size and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete

Boring of hole under road pavement hard standing upto1 mtr depth by trenches for HDPE pipe suitable for upto 150mm dia technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all as per directed by Engr-in -charge.Note- Surplus soil shall be removed to a distance exc.50m and not exc 200 m and depositing at the location all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling /taking down old unserviceable sluice valve 100 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F root indicator for (STP pipe lineDI/GI) pipe of size 15cmx15cm made of GI plate with angle iron 20mmx20mm and 60cm long. Note PCC work shall be measured and paid separetly.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil. Note - If damage any type of pipe line during excavation (such as the gass pipe line, electric cable LT/HT, water pipe line, AF net etc) repair the same day and restore the supply without any extra cost and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of water pipe line and getting out in hard rock.Note - If damage any type of pipe line during excavation (such as the gass pipe line, electric cable LT/HT, water pipe line, AF net etc) repair the same day and restore the supply without any extra cost and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete in hard/dense soil.
