Supply ,install,commissioning and testing totally enclosed silent operation with canopy,CPCB-II compliant ,static type Diesel Engine driven,liquid cooled, Generating set of 250 KVA/200KW capacity with Out door type AMF Panel , 415V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire system, 0.8 lagging P.F & 0.85 Load factor with following detailed Specifications . (A) Diesel Engine Diesel Engine shall be 6 cylinder, in line 4 stroke radiator cooled engine, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator IS/IEC 600034-1,IS-1460, ISO 8528, ISO 3046, ISO 9001, IS 13018, ambient temprature of 50°C, turbo charged, Governing class as per ISO 8528 part-V, Engine capacity of 10% overload for one hour in every 12 Hours of contineous operation , shall have noise limit of <75dB at 1 metre complied with CPCB and Environmental norms. The OEM shall undertake type approval and conformity of production certificate for emission standard for engine from agencies approved by GoI. Copy of the same shall be produced. The follwing accessories shall be as under (A1) Air Intake System (i) Air to Air after cooler handling system (ii) Dry type replaceble paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator, (iii) Optimised Turbocharger for increased Altitude capabalities. (iv) Fuel system. (a) Inline fuel system with A1 class electronic (b) Duelfuelfilter system including water seperator governing and main filter (A2) Exhaust System (i) Dry exhaust manifold with Hospital grade silencer (A3) Cooling system (i) Engine watercoolent pump, (ii) Radiator with Fan, (iii) Coolant additive concentrate

(A4) Lubricating system (i) Oil pan, (ii) Engine mounted lube oil pump, (iii) Lube oil filter (A5) Starting System (i) 24 v DC Starter Motor, Voltage regultors, (ii) 24v DC Dynamo for Battery charging, (iii) 12V suitable maintenance free battery of suitable numbers/Capacity 2 Nos (A6) Engine mounted Control Panel (i) microprocessor based (preferably) Instrument panel with digital display (ii) LED indicating lamps - for Genset running, remote start, shutdown, warning , manual, auto and stop (iii) Controller Data Logs with date and time (iv) Start/Stop switch with Key (v) Indication/Display of - for water temp, lub oil pressure, Lub oil temp, Battery charging, RPM, Over speed, Low lub oil trip , Engine hours. (vi) Engine and alternator Data - staring battery voltage, Engine running Hrs, Engine temp, Engine oil pressure, Alternator voltage, current, KVA, frequency, KWH shall be displayed (B) Protection to Genset (i) Low lube oil pressure warning/shutdown, (ii) High engine temp warning/shutdown, (iii) Low coolant temp warning, (iv)Low/High battery voltage warning (C) Alternator Synchronous alternator copper wounded rated 250 KVA, 415 Volts, 1500 RPM, 3 Phase 4 wire system , 50 Hz, AC Supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 50 degree c, 50% RH and at 1000 m MSL, brushless type, self exicited, contineous duty, sel regulated through AVR conforming to IS:4722 with Class F/H insulation as per IS: 13364 . The salient feature are as under :-

(i) Permanent lubricating bearing (ii) Permissible overloading of 10% for one hour in every 12 hrs of contineous operation (iii) Permissible unbalancing capability minimum 25% per phase(iii) Powder coated for long lasting service life and superior finish. (D) AMF Panel (out door type) (Out door type-Factory made out 3.00mm thick CRCA sheet welded to an angle iron frmae 50x50x6mm powder coated all as specified and directed consisting of following:- (i) Digital Amf controller with control relay such as mains faulier relay,under/over voltage protection relays, under/over frequency relay,Reverse power protection relay (ii) switch gears such as MCCB,Power Contactor,Fuse (iii) Metering,control switches, (iv)Weak battery warning, (v) Fail to start shutdown (D) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE FOR DG SET :- Supply and fixing accustic enclosures suitable for 250 KVA capacity diesel Generator set duly fabricated of channel and CRCA sheet of required size having doors , insulation sides and top by minral rock wool confirming to IS-8183 of adequate thickness accoustic louvers /outlet. ventilation system etc . complete as per manufacturers instructions with wiring and lighting arrangements duly painted synthetic enamalled paint over a primer coat or as directed of suitable size all as required at site and comprising of the following :- (i) Base: MS channel fabricate MS channel made out of 5 mm thick MS sheet, (ii) Structure heavy duty rectangular MS box channel . (iii) Doors fabricated from MS CRCA sheet with air tight with neoprene rubber gasket and gun metal heavy duty spring loaded locks .

(iv) Out side cover: Made out of CRCA sheet (v)Accustic insulation ( side &Top ) sound proofing minerla rock wool slab thickness 100mm of density 96Kg/m3 confirming to IS 8183 , covered by fire Resistant fiber tissue as per manufacturer recommandation (vi) Inside cover : CRCA perforated sheet powder coated (vii) Inspection port : Aluminium frame with double walled glass fixed type sealed with neoprene rubber gasket for viewing instrument panel Note: To make the constructional features of accoustic enclosure as per approved design of manufacturer and or of OEM (E) FUEL TANK :- One No of sheet metal steel tank made out of 3.0 mm thick MS sheet of suitable capacity as per approved design of hold diesel sufficient for 12 hours running at full load, tank shall be fitted with in canopy as per manufacturer's design including the following:- (i) Level indicator to indicate level of diesel in tank. (ii) Drain plug with 2.0 mtrs pipe for drain oil. (iii) fuel strainer. (iv) Pipe for fuel. (v) Air vent. (vi) Mannually operated one no. fuel pump. NOTE :- (a) Generating set will be placed on suitable foundation as recommended by manufacturer and cost thereof shall be included on the prices quoted. (b)Tools shall be supplied with DG set unit as per manufacturer,s instructions and cost thereof shall be included in the price quoted . (c) DG Set shall be placed at the site directed by Eng-in-charge (d) Testing of DG set shall be done as per relivant clause of PS.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire flat armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor in wall/floor/duct of size 300 sqmm x 3.5 Core

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft /Loose soil for laying of cable all as specified and directed and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M & L River sand, spread dry in trenches as in cable cushioning all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches as in protection of UG cables all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete (PCC) in CM of (1:2:4) with type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr filled around with layer of charcoal dust and salt and connected to GI earth strip size of 32x6 mm by means of bolt nut and cheek nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimble and other ends of the earth strip connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 40 mm bore and watering pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel and wire mesh pcc 1:3:6 in chambers RCC 1:2:4 in pit cover reinforecd with 8 mm dia deformed bars 15 cm center both ways all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
