Silo Land Development works for Finishing off the space between silos such that subgrade will have a minimum CBR value of 7 with required levels & slopes by required excavation or required compacted earth obtained from other source, coarse subbase of 150 mm stone soling, 100 mm tk (M- 20 CONCRETE) concrete, as per specifications 5.2.4

Silo Land Development works for Finishing off the space for vehicular movement: The zones designated for vehicular movement shall be designed to take truck loads and fire tender movement with minimum design comprising of well compacted earth to CBR value 7 + 150 mm wet mix macadam + Dry lean concrete 100 mm + M 30 grade concrete 200 mm thick to the satisfaction of MSWC engineer in charge.

Silo Land Development works for Conveying the material obtained from excavation in Silos including all lifts, laying in layers breaking the clods , dressing to the required lines , curves, grades and section for a lead up to 5 Km & all lifts from the site of excavation to the site of deposition outside the complex .

Silo Land Development works for Conveying the excess material obtained from excavation in Silos including all lifts, laying in layers 20 to 30cms or dumping for a lead up to 300 meter in desired location with in complex as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

PEB-Yard- Foundation & plinth . PEB Yard- Structure Supply fabrication & installation including finishing works. Block / Brickwall upto 3.00 mtr. Height above plinth level from 3 sides with plastering , painting etc.

i) Silo Office (in PEB structure over mezzanine, or any other location outside PEB as per approved by MSWC) Complete with -Civil, Finishing, electrical, mechanical, fire safety works - with 5 workstations of size 1.5 m x 1.5 m + 5 Chairs + 1 cabin -Size 3.2 m x 3.2 m inclusive of cabin furniture,chair, adequate storage, provision of vitrified tile flooring, 1.00 TN split AC, Adequate fixed and openable vision windows to inspect Silo operations in all directions, access staircase and corridor as required ii) Silo Control Room (in PEB structure over mezzanine, or any other location outside PEB as per approved by MSWC) – 2 hours fire rating -Complete with -Civil, Finishing, electrical and mechanical works - with 3 workstations of size 1.5 m x 1.5 m +3 chairs, Silo control panel, monitors, surveillance monitor , Supervisor Monitor adequate storage, provision of 1.00 TN split AC, Adequate Fixed / openable vision windows to inspect Silo operations in all directions,1.2 m x 2.4 m Fire door and corridor as required iii) MCC control room - 2 hours Fire rating - Complete with Civil, Finishing, electrical and mechanical works, Supervisor Monitor desk and chair +1.2 m x 2.4 m Fire door and corridor as required

Providing Drying Yard as per specification in the tender compete to the satisfaction of MSWC Engineer in Charge as per location finalised in the preliminary design

Operational Support to begin from end of trial run (Min 2 persons full time at the facility)

Annual Maintenance Contract to begin from end of trial run
