Cement concrete 1:4:8(one cement,four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted

Supplying and erection shuttering,including necessary supports for plain in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90x 60 cms and BG 10 stiffed with surfacewelded mild steel angles for boarding supported by casuarina props at suitable intervals etc. completecomplying with standard specifications as directed

Supply and fixing of mild steel Gate using all round "L"angle 25 X 25 X 6mm thick, cross bracing 20 X 6mm with necessary locking arrangements including cost and conveyance etc.,

Supply and fixing with galvalume Colour sheet of size 0.47mm thick including necessary bolt, nuts and bitumen washer etc.,

plastering the exposed surface of RCC works in cement mortar 1:3 mix 10mm thick following proportions at all heights and depths above or below plinth level including scaffolding curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by Departmental

Filling the area with well gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarries including loading unloading and stacking the gravel etc., Complete as perspecifications

Filling with Quarry Rubbish including watering and consolidation as per direction of Departmental officers

Supplying and Laying TAMIN Block Providing and laying of 80 mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658 -2006 of TAMIN Paver Block in size of minimum compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 In uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with stone dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base perpareation of pavers as sub base, stone dust cushion 150 mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the paversl sweeping transporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per the standard specifications

Plastering with cement motar in cm 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm(22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with MS switch box etc complete for concealed Light/Fan Point (SD 3)

Supply, Erection of 8m Free Standing Double Arm Bracket 8 sided Octogonally continously tapered structured pole with base plate of size 300 x 300 x 12mm as per IS-875 with following specification. Bottom Pole Dia - 130mm Top Pole Dia - 70 mm Thickness of Pole - 3 mm The pole should be hot dip galvanized confirming to BESN ISO-1461 with thickness of 65 Micron

Masonary work for Lamp Post including earthwork ,C.C. 1:2:4 and pedestral concrete using round mould above ground level to a height of 0.45m and concreting with C.C. 1:2:4 for supporting the post including all charges as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and laying of 2x10mm sqr pvc almoured lt cable in a trench to the excavation depth of 0.75with 0.15 of sand and covering the cablewith bricks as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of 60W LED fittings

Painting with two coats of plastic emulsion with approved colour best quality paints as per the direction of departmental officers

Painting with enamel paint two coats using good quality and approved colour for new Iron works etc., complete
