Earth work:- Excavation for foundation upto 1.5 m depth including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff upto 50 Meter lead. (D) Soft rock not requiring Blasting.

Excavation for foundation for depth from 1.5 m to 3.0 m including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff upto 50 Meter lead. (D) Soft rock not requiring Blasting.

Excavation for foundation for depth from 3.0 m to 5.0 m including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff upto 50 Meter lead. (D) Soft rock not requiring Blasting.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches , plinth, Sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth consolidating each disposited layer by ramming and watering.

Filling in plinth with sand , in foundation and plinth (under floors), obtained from outside, including watering, ramming well, consolidating and dressing etc. complete, as directed.

Concrete Work:- Filling in foundation and plinth with Rubble Soling in layers of 20cm. thickness including watering, remming and consolidating etc. complete as per directed by engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete. 1:2:4 (1- Cement : 2- Coarse sand : 4- graded stone aggregates 20 mml(l nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth

Providing & Laying Ready Mixed M300 grade Concrete for all Reinforced Cement Concrete work, using cement content as per approved desgin mix manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead up to 10 km having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specific grade for RCC works including pumping R.M.C from transit mixer to site laying, excluding the cost of centering and shuttering finishing and reinforcement. This includes cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of engineer architect in-charge. Without fly ash (min cement level as per latest IS 456 shall be maintained)

Providing, applying 2 coats of High Build of anti crrosive coal tar epoxy compound of any approved make(for approx. thickness of 200 micron DFT, )on RCC surface or under ground structure, as per manufacturer's specification as per direction of engineer. Rate shall include for surface preparation., cleaning etc. complete.

Masonary Work:- White Stone Bela masonry block in course in Foundation & Plinth with stone of approved quality in Cement Mortar 1:5 (I-Cement :5- course sand) including packing the joints etc. complete.

White Bela Stone Masonry block in course in superstructure with stone of approved quality in lime mortar 1:5 (1-cement : 5- course sand) including packing the joints etc. as directed by engineer in-charge.

Reinforcement:- Supplying and fixing in position TMT FE - 500D grade steel reinforcement for RCC structures as per design including transporting steel to the work site, handling, cutting, bending and binding with wires, welding if necessary etc. for all floors/levels complete as directed by Engineer. Measurement will be made on the length basis and converted into weight by using standard IS co-efficient (rolling margin's and wastage will not be paid). The rate shall be inclusive of PVC cover or Chairs, spacers , separators and binding wire-1 mm thick

Form Work:- Shuttering - Providing formwork of ordinary timber / plywood planking so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 M. and removal of the same for in Site reinforced concrete and plain concrete working. (C) Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions including attached buttresses & string course.

Flooring:- Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of on wall surfaces (Two coats) to give an approved brand and manufacture and of required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials.

Providing & laying glazed mosaic flooring for plain and curved surfaces, comprising of 20 to 25 mm. size and of minimum 4 mm thick glazed tiles (one or more colours, as directed), laid over cement mortar 1:6 bedding including applying cement slurry and with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same on plain or sloped surfaces. and filling joints with white or colored cement. The rate shall include bands, external joints if different colour is used, any pattern or design as per drawing and direction, curing, cleaning with water and oxalic acid, etc. complete. (Wall to wall measurement will be considered only including vata up to 150mm height)

Providing and applying water proof cement plaster 12 to 15mm thick in C.M. 1:4 mix to all RCC & masonary work including fosrock, sika, or equivalent make waterproof chemical as per manufacturor specification, scaffolding, curing, hackinout joints in masonary or concrete work as per specification.

Providing and laying 125 - 200 mm PVC Water Stopper with 5 mm thickness C NCL (Non Crackable Longitudinal) & NCT (Non Crackable Transversal) quality of PVC Water Stopper of approved thickness as per Architect or Engineer-in-charge.

providing and installing River finish Granite of 18 mm thick as per approved color and texture samples that is anti-skid, machine cut, fine chisel dressed stone in swimming pool steps, flooring, paving, treads, nosings, corbels, Countertops as per design, bands over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Rates are inclusive of arranging of samples, laying the stone as per the patterns shown in the drawings and as directed by the Consultants and the engineer in-charge for approvals of the the same well in advance and prior to using them in works.

paver block - Providing and fixing pre-cast Rubber Dye / steer Dye Inter locking concrete block 60mm thick with grade of concrete M300 pnumatic compressed/vibrated mechanically and as per approved design Confirming tel IS15658 : 2006 including 35 mm Sand layer for levelling and filling the joint with sand in proper line and level as per guidlines of IRC:SP63-2018 etc.

Providing and fixing pre-cast concrete kerb stone of gray cement based concrete block 60cm length,30cm height and 10 cm thick of M30 grade concrete as per approved design for non-traffic area and including excavation for fixing in proper line and level,filling the joint with C:M 1:3 (1cement:3fine sand) etc complete including corner, quadrants, angles, radius, dropper kerbs in all shapes. (Brands: Vyara, Alcock,pavit/equivalent)

Providing and fixing 23-25 mm thick. wooden finished Wood Polymer Composite board (WPC) floor decking (everest or equivalent conforming to BIS specifications) Hollow decking fixed with self driven screws in aluminum fabrication complete on flooring and roofing etc. all complete as per details drawing and as per specification etc. or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying ,stacking and sprading of good earth (Garden Soil) including spreading simulataneously as directed. Good earth shall be a friable, tyoical of cultivated top soil of the locality. It shall be free of sub-soil, stones, earth clad, sticks roots or other objectionable extraneous materials no topsoil shall be delivered in a muddy condition, etc complete as required.

Providing and Planting of carpet lawn (non artificial) in a mixture of red poyta soil and organic manure on top of Urbanscape and delta terrax rate to include all grass cost, transport, soil preparation, installation, labour, disposing the surplus earth, all complete. Organic fertilizer and pesticides are to be used as required / directed to complete the work. Proper growth of the lawn to be maintained and replacement to be done without any extra charges if required for 6 months after growing lawns.

Pool Accessories:- Supplying and fixing of 22mm thick (10.mm + leminated 1.52 mm + 10.mm) clear laminated toughened glass partition of approved size fixed as per the details provided on adjecent wall of swimming pool. The structural members shall be framed as per design and fixed to the R.C.C. member using stainless steel rowl plugs and steel screws. The job is inclusive of providing all materials, fabrication, erection and filling of all gaps upto 12 mm by using weather sealant.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Stainless Steel railing consist of 32 mm dia top rail and base/cover plate with Strainless Steel GRADE 316 L containing 7.5% nickle (Interior Grade) Brushed/Mat finish, i/c fixing of the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing including cutting and making good the walls including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

providing ,fitting and fixing stainless steel ladders in AISI-316 Overflow type non slip step & fixtures with easy mount legs in ground pools with stainless grade 316 L pool steps ladder. Ladder shall be designed for any slippery surface & sharp edges & shall be complete with anchoring fixtures and earhing lugs. Distance between the treads shall be 250mm & the size shall be 500mm long & 100mm wide for efficient grip. All treads shall be screwed to the pipe. Ladder shall not have any welded jointd & treads.
