Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads/path etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm and more as per site requirement in depth and making good by applying tack coat with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ of 5 Kg/10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 6.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.06 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm rolled with power roller 10 to 12 Tonne capacity ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. .

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surface and unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying evently a bituminous take coat of GRADE VG-10 @ of 5 KG per 10 SQM of raod surface completed all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evently a bituminous take coat of GRADE VG-10 @ of 3 KG per 10 SQM of raod surface completed all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for premixed bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber required by using power roller 10 to 12 Tonne capacity , using binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade VG-30, complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall prepared in central computerised hot mix plant. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory and got approved by GE before commencement of work ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Material and labour for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm (consolidated thickness) using with 5.5% of binder content (grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using self propelled mechanical paver and rolled with 8-12 tonne capacity vibratory road roller rolled to uniform smooth surface ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note- (i) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall prepared in central computerised hot mix plant. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory and got approved by GE before commencement of work. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new/old road surfaces including cleaning of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc and applying 2.5mm thick retro-reflective thermo plastic road marking paint of approved brand (white or Yellow) including admixture layer of glass beads, exc 10 cm width or girth applied hot on road surface mechanically, conforming to BS-6088 and according to the specification laid down by IRC and MOST (Ministry of surface transport) specification 803 Vol -III, by using automatic mechanical road marking machine complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing duel cat eye ABS plastic body of size 100mm x 100mm x 18.5 mm having ABS plastic strip containing 62 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow on both sides (min 31 beads on each side) fixed complete with steel zinc plated nails/stud of dia 12 mm and of length 1200 mm, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1 Fixing arrangement shall be as per manufacturer instructions. 2. Designed to bear 25 tonnes load and having impact strenth of 253 KN.
