Use and waste of form work to chajjas or any other RCC work for fair finish surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type A-1 1:1.5:3 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas/lintel/beam/cookig plateform etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required and binding with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required and binding with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) including demolition of old brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling floor stone slab/tile or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles of approved shade and pattern on verticle surface such as skirting/dado etc. 350X250X7mm/ 450X300X7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick backing coat plaster in CM (1:4) and pointed with cement to match tiles. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills,cooking platforms and like over and including 15mm screed bedding in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and molding as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed

M&L Non skid ceramic tile of approved shade and pattern 7mm to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-22 here in before but in skirting / dado including 10 mm thick rendering in CM1:3

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx20-25mm thick with grey pigment cement, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter not exc 1.5 sqm (without taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium sliding windows with 50 micron powder coating, three track sliding windows with two glazed shutters, 5mm thick tinted glass ordinary quality and one shutter of stainless steel wire mesh 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm including good quality of bearing handle, locks, including EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 15mm bore in pipe, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.
