Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (blow or above ground level) complete

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (blow or above ground level) complete

Demolition and breaking up 100 mm dia, drain pipes Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete set in Cement Mortar complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition& breaking up 150 mm dia, drain pipes salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete set Cement Mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M&L For opening cover slab and taking out accumulated Night Soil, Sludge in liquid state, or any solid item etc from septic tank/manhole of any depth including de-watering where required and removing the same to out side the MoD land by mechenical means with the help of hunny stuker duly mounted on trolly or truck, including cleaning the septic tank and refixing the cover slab etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning of open shaft including gully trap in shaft, etc in rear side of building including cleaning of grass roots, bushes etc and taking out accumulate garbage etc from shaft and removing the same to a distance n exc 50 m away garbage, etc 50 mrt away from starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning of solid/liquid mud deposited in underground sewage lines, 100 mm dia bore of any type at any depth, between consecutive manholes, by manual rodding, through connecting manholes, getting out all foreign matter such as solid/ liquid mud etc. complete including removal & refixing of covers, complete all as specified and directed.
