The audio reinforcement system shall meet the following performance parameters: 1. SPL range for Speech will be minimum 65 to 85 dB & Program Audio 75 to 95 dB need to be achieved. 2. Blank PVC Casing & Capping : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25 x 16 mm ISI marked white / Ivory PVC casing-capping, with double locking with its all accessories on surface of slab/wall/column fixed with nylon plug, with counter sunk tinned brass wood screws etc. complete with all accessories like junction boxes, coupler, elbow , Tees, PVC clamps, etc. as required at site & as per instructions of EIC. The casing capping shall be painted to match colour of ceiling/ wall panel etc.

PVC trunking system : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 80 x 50 mm PVC trunking with flexible cover of 65mm width of M/s Legrand make, suitable for mounting on wall/ underside of Conference table as per following & instructions of EIC . Note: All the accessories like Internal, Flat & external angles, VDI accessories for internal, Flat & external angles, end caps, joint covers, cable tie base etc. suitable for 80 x 50 mm PVC trunking shall be included in the scope of work.

PVC Flexible Cable : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1 KV grade flexible Cu conductor with PVC insulation, & PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS 694 with latest amendments, in existing PVC trunking/ cable tray of following sizes. The scope includes end jointing by crimping with supply of all jointing material like Cu cable socket etc. as per instructions of the E-I-C. 125A,1 Core 35 Sq.mm PVC Copper Unarmoured Cable

Maintenance Free Earthing System : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free earthing system & associated works, etc. complete as per specifications & instructions of E-I-C.

Providing and making earth station comprising of 17 mm dia 3m long earthing electrode of high tensile low carbon steel rod molecularly bonded 250 micron copper coating on the outer surface, UL listed, filling bore with suitable earth enhancement compound as per IEC 62561-7 & manufacturer's standard, surrounding the earth electrode complete with all required materials & instructions of EIC. Note: The scope includes :- 1) Installation of earth rods including making pit/ drilling 150 mm dia, 3m deep bore holes in normal soil/ hard rock as per manufacturer's recommendations & design. 2) Providing couplers for joints between earth electrode & tinned Cu strip. 3) Each earth electrode shall be provided with poly plastic inspection chamber with cover as per OEM standard.

25 x 3 mm tinned Cu earth strip fixed on wall/sideof trench/slab /column /beam/ shaft connection to panel/DBs/SFU's etc. with G.I. Spacers & G.I. Saddle or in ground at 500 mm below with earth enhancing material surrounding the strip, including excavation in ground, refilling & removal of excess earth within a radius of 500 m, temporary instatement & back filling of trench, consolidation, painting with two coats of black bituminous paint for earth wire/ strip in ground & green enamel paint for earth wire /strip on surface etc.

MS Fabrication : Supply, fabrication and installation of supports using MS channel/angle / flat/ MS rod hangers etc.including cutting, fabrication, welding etc. and painting with two coats of primer and two coats of enamel/ PU paint of approved shade as per instructions of EIC.

Comprehensive Maintenance: Providing Comprehensive Annual Maintenance (AMC) including back to back warranty from OEM for a period of three years after completion of defects liability period of one year, including providing team of experienced Engineers / technicians for all kind ofmaintenance of the said system. Maintenance includes preventive & breakdown maintenance of AV system. Note: (1) During DLP, successful bidder shall have to depute their technical personnel for all kind of maintenance required as per OEM standard at no additional cost to department i.e. Free Maintenance Period. 2) The successful bidder post commissioning shall deploy experienced engineers / Operator to operate the system as & where required by AERB on call basis.
