Supply and fixing of louvered ventilators at all levels made out from Unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) profile section of size 58MM X 60MM having outer wall thickness of 2.30MM (+/-0.3MM) with 3 box multi-chamber hollow construction. All profile frames shallbe reinforced with galvanised mild steel section of 1.2mm wall thickness, at wherever required. The ventilators shall have plastic made FIXED LOUVERS for holding the glass with the width of 100mm each. If the length of ventilators exceed 750mm additional extra partition with a mullion should be provided in the frame. The ventilator shall have 4mm thick Pinhead glass (single). The outer frame shall have water drainage holes to drain the water with cap. All the corners and mullion joints of the frame & sash shall be mitred cut & fusion welded without any mechanical joint. All welded joints are to be neatly trimmed & feature grooved nib finish so as to make the finished products free from all sharp edges. All profiles in the ventilator must be duly cut at correct degree & fitted with necessary EPDM weather sealed gaskets. The complete ventilator shall be fixed into the prefinished opened places, by drilling & fixing through the outer frame using high quality fasteners & silicon sealant is applied to fill up the gap between wall & ventilator frame for leak-proof installation etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
