Installation of supplied 5-unit indoor 11kV, VCB Panels.

Dismantling of 06 (six) nos. of existing Indoor 3.3 kV Panels including connected cables, shifting and storage of these dismantled panels 06 (six) nos. and cables 01 lot at suitable location as directed by site in-charge.

Installation of supplied 4 Way RMU

Construction of RCC foundation for supplied RMU, including supply of materials and labour.

Construction of Shed, for supplied RMU’s, including all civil works and materials and labour.

Excavation of trench of required width (1.0 m) for pipes, cables, etc. including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc, and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. All kinds of soil for pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia.

Construction of RCC switchyard Cable Trench Size (1.5x1.0) m including trays of MS/GI for cable including supply of all materials and installation of 75 mm RCC slab for cover along with earth filling (from switchyard to Indoor 11kV VCB panels)

Pedestal to be constructed in the culvert in front of office for supporting the cables

Laying of one number supplied PVC insulated and PVC sheated XLPE power cable of 11 kV grade of 185 sq. mm in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Supplying and laying of supplied 63 mm (OD-63mm & ID 51mm Nominal) DWC HDPE Pipe ISI marked along with all accessories conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting, cutting, jointing etc. in existing trench as required.

Supplying and laying of supplied 300mm dia. RCC pipe NP2 class (Light duty) in ground complete with RCC collars, jointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 fine sand) including trencing (75 cm deep) and refilling etc as required.

Supplying and Laying of route and joint indication stones.

Installation of supplied 11kV GOAB switch.

DTR fencing as per REC standard specification complete with supply of material & labour.

Grouting & mufflering of supplied prestressed concrete pole of length 9.75 m with minimum planting depth of 1.8 m (using PCC including material and labour)

Grouting of supplied Stay Set with PCC and Boulder including material and labour.

Construction of Underground Cable Inspection Pit at an interval of 150 meters along the underground cable route and specially in Cable jointing location along with supply of materials.
