Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masanory built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashler facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articals complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall & ceiling including raking out joint, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc 1.5 sqm including making good dismantled portion by brickwork, concrete (1:2:4) or CM(1:3) and plastering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 40 mm dia steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI steel tubing 40 mm bore medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates), laid in slope towards drainage out spout pipe mixed with waterproofing compound as per manufacturer instructions drainage spouts shall be provided integrally while laying PCC.Fixing of spout shall be done with same PCC as in this item.

Dismantiling of loose concrete by chiselling from RCC members like col, beam, parapet, facia, ceiling and also remove any existing treatment on RCC surface by rubbing, scrapping etc exposing the reinforcement without disturbing the reinforcement and get free from rust by sand blasting providing at places addl reinforcement welding with existing reiforcement as directed wherever required binding with welded mesh 100 mmx100mm (12 gauge welded mesh) & tack welding and primed with using Araldite epoxy resins ( manufactured by M/s Ciba Geigy Ltd/ FAIR BOND EP/Sika or other approved manufacture) & provision of guniting pressure 2 to 3 Kg/Sqm with admixer 1 cement 3 sand mixed Dr fixit Pidicrete SC plasticiser (2 to 10% by weight of cement) of thickness 40mm average including stripping, floating with wooden strippers for proper dimension control inclusing necessary form work & scaffolding up to Three storey complete and surface of guniting to be finished fair and even with and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 with water proffing compound @3% by weight of cement, cleaning & removing of waste material etc as directed at site All surrounding wall, joineries and fitting should be covered with polythene sheet by contractor while work. (Any wall, floor,fittings and roof damaged by the contractor shall be repaired/change by contractor under same item and no extra payment will be paid to contractor on this account complete all as specified and directed. Note: Welded mesh & addl reinforcement if required measured and paid separately.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bar 6 mm to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, binding wire (0.9mm dia annealed) for rebaring complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of terracing tiles/brick tiles single layer on roof,laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition by using hand held electric drills, cutting machine, chisels etc (direct use of hammers on RCC roof for demolition is strcitly prohibited) of roof treatment including padding concrete of any description including mud in roof any thickness with and including roughening old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding and coping,incl hunching, benching etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick in CM(1:3) rendering on fair faces concrete surfaces / roof top mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cool roof ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300mm / 400 x 400 mm, thickness - 8mm of Approved shade, tiles should be anti-skid and have SRI value of more than 90 tiles should be laid on roof using tile adhesive of approved make as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of Tile adhesive shall deemed to be inclusive in the Item.

M&L for grouting using SC Apcorep Injection Grout LV grout.The detail procedure of inject grouting as under complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Drilling of 12mm dia holes upto 40mm depth and provide PVC nozzles/ entry ports over grid@ 1m c/c or less depending upon situation. (ii) Before injecting the grout compressed air to be blown to remove all dist and dirt. (iii) Grouting at pressure of 5kg/sqcm to be don till refusal/ rejection or appearance of grout from adjacent nozzle. (iv) Observe the cracks and make V groove along. (v) Nozzles and V groove shall be filled with polymer based mortar.

Removing of demolished meterial to a distance of exc 100m and n exc 200m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC Type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in leveling /sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) of size 400 x 400 mm as in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet & reinforced with MS square tube and fixing in opening as specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work such as in doors/chowkhats or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rail, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening & fixing and similar work conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified, making good disturbed portion to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded coloured PVC ’C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and single side prelaminated PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Panelling of single side prelaminated PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed into the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and directed.
