M&L for preparing of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of oil emulsion, distemper incl priming the surface with alkali resistant primimg paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated/painted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of Oil emulsion, distemper including stopping of nail holes, filling of cracks, etc and cleaning all window panes from splashes / droppings, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of Oil emulsion, distemper including stopping of nail holes, filling of cracks, etc and cleaning all window panes from splashes / droppings, all as specified and directed.

M&L for washing, rubbing and brooming for preparation of existing surface and cleaning with water of old painted surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer over 1 mm thick wall care putty, including stopping of nail holes, filling of cracks, etc and cleaning all window panes from splashes / droppings, complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high including cleaning of splashes of white wash on floor/objects etc all as specified and directed.
