Dismantling and removal of Brick Masonry work (BW) in Cement Mortar above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmentalofficers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering for wall concrete so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of Coarse sand & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters. Cost inclusive of labour, tools,transportation, conveyance, driver bata etc., complete as per clause 301 of MORH specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying of Granular Sub-base (GSB) - [Plant Mix Method] by mechanically and compacting in layers in each layer 125mm using stone aggregate by providing close Grading - I materials 53 mm to 26.5 mm @ 27.5%, 26.5 mm to 9.5 mm @ 22.5%, 9.50 mm to 4.75 mm @ 10%, 4.75 mm below @ 40% mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC and loading tippers conveying of mixed material to work site dumping and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, laying, spreading Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) by mechanically and compacting to compacted thickness 250mm using stone aggregates as per Table 400-11 including spreading in uniform thickness of two layers of each 125mm tk., hand packing, rolling with vibrator power roller 8-10 tonne in stage to proper grade and camber including spreading in uniform thickness, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORT&H specification (Fifth Revision) clause 406 and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg. / Sqm. using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) including cost of bitumen emulsion, labour, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Dense bituminous macadam with adequate capacity batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification (Fifth Revision) clause No.505 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg. per Sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms including cost of bitumen emulsion ,labour, T&P etc., complete as per clause 502 of MORT & H specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Providing and laying 40mm Bituminous Concrete (BC) with adequate capacity Batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of spcified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects including cost of bitumen, labour, materials, T&P etc., complete and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 for centre line and edge line. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, incidental charges, marking for applying paint, brushes, equipments etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification No.803 (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and fixing Reflective Road Studs of 'Category - A' Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methecrylate/ABS mouled body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D 4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORT&H circular No RW / NH 33023 / 10 / 97 - DO.III, dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be Sq.cm. on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of dia not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less 30 +/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacture's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg. tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification (Fifth Revision) Clause 804 etc., complete. The cost inclusive of studs and other tools and plants fixing materials drilling holes etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and installing of Delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers and object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level painted at alternatively black and white in 15cm wide strips, fitted with 80x100 mm rectangular or 75mm dia. circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 etc., complete as per MORT&H Specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.806 and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of APEX - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory traffic signs (with definition board) - 80 cm x 60 cm Rectangular made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting conforming to 'Type - IV' standards of IRC 67 : 2012 and ASTM D 4956-09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mm x 25mm x 3mm Mild steel sheet and supported on a mild steel angle post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67 - 2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the departmental officers. High intensity Retro - Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum co-efficient of Retro-reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67 : 2012. The Retro-reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67 : 2012 (As per MoRT&H specification (Fifth Revision) Clause No.801).
