Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards(fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 'E' board 605 x 605 x 4 mm thick white prelaminated set & embossed, reinforced, designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture fixed at all height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24 mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated, white, the frame work shall comprises of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and of size 24 x 32 x 300 mm and spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre fixed to be structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200 mm rawl centre, hangers of GI wire 4 mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and fasteners and screws etc., the last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall, flush fitting of 120 mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm centre to centre, size 1200 x 600 mm modules, cross tee longer than 600 mm to be supported independently on 600 x 600 mm modular to be formed by fitting 600 mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200 mm cross tee. Tee, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45 mm thick GS sheet of size 19 x 19 mm and 300 mm long of white colour all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame complete and all as specified and directed

M&L for 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with screw to timber/MS frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick Printed/prelam colour PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edges for fixing on Solid Wall Lining, Insulated PVC Wall Lining, and Solid PVC Partitions with all fittings and fillets- square, rectangular, triangular in section, inclusive of Solvent cement and necessary fixtures all as per manufacture direction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Asbestos cement plain building boards 8 to 10 mm thick fixed to timber MS frame work with screws fixed with screw to timber/MS frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel ramed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete of grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250), etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauze, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete and all as specified and directed.

S&F plain black mild steel sheeting 0.80mm thick in ridge, valley gutter & fascia, drip and straight flashing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint on Old surface steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work with built in cement mortar, complete all complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub class old size B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm th plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces (internal walls) finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3 % by weight of cement on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces externally including dubbing coat if required and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note- a) No extra payment will be paid for dubbing coat ) (b) WPC shall be measured and paid separately ).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of oil bound distemper white/coloured or tinted on new decorated surfaces of walls over and incl 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall over one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of oil bound distemper white/coloured or tinted on old decorated surfaces of walls including preparation of surface by washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 37,625.00.
