CIVIL WORK

Dismantling Galvalume Sheet roofing without roof timbers and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling brick work in cement mortar walls and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness of wall as directed by departmental officers.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½ :3 (one cement one and half sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc.,shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 ( One cement and three sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Above 7.50M to 10.50M height.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc., complete4 complying with standard specification(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild-steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cmx6.50cm at about 90cm centres with casurina props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir,wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporations officers. The rates should inclusives of cutting , bending, welding , charges of M.S sheets, M.S. angles etc., Complete Binder wall

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick including scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and laying of profiled colour Galvalume sheet with combination 55AI:43, 4Zn:16SI TCT bend type 0.47mm thick and standard width of 1.06m with yield strength of 550MPA made from high tensile / CR sheets of approved quality for roofing with necessary fixing arrangements like 65mm and long hexagonal head screws with EPDM rubber seal etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.For the above works skilled man power, necessary tools, equipments, power supply, water supply including transport, any other statuary approval required for the transporting the materials shall be duly obtained by the contractor. The rates is inclusive of scrap value of removed existing old Galvalume sheet (Test certificate for quality of Galvalume Sheet should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Supplying and roofing with Galvalume sheet ridge pieces of size 2.40M x 0.6M, 0.47mm thick with necessary U or J bolt and nuts G.I washers etc., complete For the above works skilled man power, necessary tools, equipments, power supply, water supply including transport, any other statuary approval required for the transporting the materials shall be duly obtained by the contractor. The rate is inclusive of scrap value removed existing old Galvalume sheet ridges. (Test certificate for quality of Galvalume sheet ridge piece should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Supplying and fixing of aluminium stainless steel Turbo roof air ventilator of size 24” with high grade component which ensure elongated for performance, noise less working, smooth rotation and including cost of labour charges for fixing, conveyance, loading and unloading charges and also necessary accessories etc., complete at site as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly carbonate sheet of size 3m x 1.06m of 3mm thick on the roof in between the colour coated Galvalume sheet for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers, complying with standard specification and as directed and specified by the departmental officers including cost of loading ,unloading and transportation charges etc., complete. The rate is inclusive of scrap value removed poly carbonate sheet.

Supplying and fixing of 40 X 6mm G.I Flat over the galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of Purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing during heavy wind. The rate is inclusive of GI screws 75mm length with rubber and aluminium washer, drilling hole over GI Flat to hold the sheet and purlin with necessary adhesive flashing tap directly over the galvalume sheet including labour charges for fixing, conveyance, loading, unloading and cutting etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers. The rate is inclusive of scrap value removed existing old 40x6mm G.I Flat.

Painting the newly plastered wall surface with two coats of ready mixed exterior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.
