Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tile of size 300x300x9.8mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as specified and as directed.

Providing and installation of 6-compartment ms locker, silver ms locker, ms lockers, worker locker and industrial locker for Storage of ORS/ NCO Accn. Size (1750 x800 x480mm) as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing of Mild steel framed glazing window with glass pan of 10 mm thick including all fitments for SINGLE NCO’s & ORs accn as specified and as directed.

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351,manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge:, Profile B as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6 mm thick hard board backing : Oval shape 450x350 mm (outer dimensions) for family Qtrs and bath room as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing factory made Kitchen Cabinet Shutter/Partition 20 mm nominal thickness of approved shade, quality and make, made from rigid foam sheets (Single extruded) having density 600 Kg/cum and laminated on both side by laminate Sheet/PVC foil lamination. The exposed edges shall be sealed with PVC edge beading of same shade and colour. The shutter shall be fire retardent having necessary screw holding capacity. Shutter shall be fixed to frame using approved hinges with necessary stainless steel screws, all complete as specified and as directed for family Qtrs.

Providing and fixing 25mm thick pre-laminated medium density fibre board exterior grade ( Grade-I) IS:14587:1998 marked with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination for cupboard shutters edges to be sealed with PVC edge bending tape 2.00 mm thick of approved brand including ISI marked nickel plated bright finishing M.S.piano hinges conforming to IS:3818 marked with necessary screw etc all complete as specified and as directed for family Qtrs.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as specified and as directed for children park/garden area.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : PCC 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) as specified and as directed for children park/garden area.

Part-B: Provision of earthing for building

Providing and laying vitrified / Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matchingpigments etc.,complete in all respect as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete in all respect as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required :Kitchen sink with drain board 510x1040 mm bowl depth 250 mm as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china laboratory sink with C.I. brackets, C.P. brass chain with rubber plug, 40 mm C.P brass waste and 40mm C.P. brass trap with necessary C.P. brass unions complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the wall wherever required :Size 450x300x150 mm as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing CP Brass Single lever telephonic wall mixer of quality & make as approved by Engineer in charge. (a) 15 mm nominal dia as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing floor mounted, white vitreous china single piece, double traps syphonic water closet of approved brand/make, shape, size and pattern including integrated white vitreous china cistern of capacity 10 litres with dual flushing system, including all fittings and fixtures with seat cover, cistern fittings, nuts, bolts and gasket etc including making connection with the existing P/S trap, complete in all respect as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry) as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade, inculding Dismantling of floor tiles at any floor of the building, laid in cement mortar including dismantling of cement concrete base and disposal of malba at a suitable place within a distance of 100 Mtrs of the complex complete in all respect as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying, jointing fixing and testing G.I. Pipe lines B-Class including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbows. Union etc. testing, cutting, threading inside building complete of dia 15 mm as specified and as directed.
