Removing of existing old or broken water closet Indian / European: Removing of existing old or broken water closet Indian / European and disposing it with all cost and conveyance labour for all items of work, HOM, with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, transportation charges and all the other incidental charges etc., complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer in charge of the work – in all the floor levels

Removing and Refixing of existing floor trap: Removing & Re-fixing of existing floor trap including cost of labour for all items and other incidental charges etc., compete as per specification and direction of Engineer In-charge of the work - in all the floor levels

Cutting existing grouting joints of tiles: Cutting the existing grouting joints carefully using cutting machine creating a gap of 5mm width x 8mm depth by cleaning the dust and drying the surface using hot air blower including cost of labour, machinery, arrangement of electricity for operating the machineries, etc. complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer in charge of the work – in all the floor levels

Grouting joints of tiles: Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 5 mm widthx8mm depth, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing, cost including all the materials labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Polished Granite stone for Cill: Providing and laying Polished Granite stone for cill in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab laid with quick adhesive etc. complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. - in all the floor level

Nosing for Granite slab: Providing half nosing for 18mm thick granite slab using required machinery including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for all items of work, HOM of equipment, necessary scaffolding etc., complete as per specification.

Re-fixing of existing European Water closet : Re-fixing of existing IWC/European Water closet with sanitary fitting including cost of labour, HOM of equipment etc., complete as per specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

External emulsion paint in One coat on previously painted surface: Providing and applying in One coat external emulsion paint of Asian make/ equivalent Nerolac/ Berger/ Nitco having anti-fungus and water resistance character, of approved colour and shade, including cleaning the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of all material, labour etc complete as per specifications.as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. in all the floor levels

Plastic emulsion paint in One coat on previously painted surface: Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Asian Emulsion/ Nerolac / Berger/ Sherwin Williams/ equivalent): One coat on old work without primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of all material, labour etc complete as per specifications.as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. - in all the floor levels

synthetic enamel paint -one coat on previously painted surface: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, sand papering and knotting ready mix paint including cost of material and labour :One coat on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. Asian/Nerolac/ Berger or equivalent Make – in all the floor levels
