The job further includes de coupling each pump motor set (2 No) by cutting out the rusted nut and bolts of pulley with cutter and welding set and unlocking each pump motor set from the base frame by cutting out the rusted nut bolts by cutter and welding set and the extraction of 2 no. base frames embedded in concrete platform by cutting out the concrete with the help of concrete cutter, chisels and other tools and tackles using skilled and semiskilled labour. The job includes dismantling of 1 No. 200 mm foot valves from suction line by cutting the nut bolts and flanges followed by stacking of dismantled foot valves outside the pomp room for its further loading. The Job further includes extraction of the 200 mm suction pipe 2 no. and 250 mm delivery pipes 2 no. along with the sluice valves (250 mm) 2 no. and reflux valves (250 mm) 1 no. foot valves (200 mm) using tools tackles, manual labour, using crane and similarly transporting and stacking near road side. Stacking the pumps, motors, suction/delivery pipes, reflux valves, sluice valves on vehicle for further transportation to Divisional store in Jammu.
