Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 3.3 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required (Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm)

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.(400 SQ MM)of 11 KV grade as required.(400 SQ MM).

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.(240 SQ MM).

Providing,Laying & fixing of HDPE Pipe 1Mtr. long (Spec PE-100,PN-8, Nominal Dia-160mm).

Supply & Fixing of "Clamps as required" for HDPE pipe.

Supplying & Erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightening arrester suitable for 3 wire,11 KV O/H lines with rated voltage 9KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrngement, G.I bolts,nuts,washers etc. as reqd .

Earthing with Copper earth plate 300 mm x 300 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrengement and watering pipe of 2.5 metre long etc with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing & fixing 25 mm x 5 mm Copper strip/Flat in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and refilling etc as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, including drilling holes, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .(For Vertical 160mm HDPE pipe).

Supplying and erection of horizontal support (as per drawing) for 3.3 KV cable & HDPE pipe laying inside the culvert using M.S channel 100mm x 50 mm x 6mm of length 2.3 Mtr including painting with primer and finish paint as req.

Supplying and erection of Trangular support frame (as per drawing) for 3.3 kv cable & HDPE pipe laying inside the culvert using 75mm x 75 mm x 6mm MS angle of 1.42 Mtr long including painting with primer and finish paint as req.

Breaking/Drilling of concreate using 16kg Hand Concrete Breaker for making holes of size (Size 150mmX150mmX150mm) for fixing of horizontal & triangular cable/HDPE pipe supports.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.1:1(1/2):3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). Hole dimension 150mm x150mm x150mm=3375000cubic mm or 0.003375CUM. For 60 no. of Holes of above mentioned dimension,concrete fixing volume=0.2025CUM.

Excavation including refilling as required.

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required (Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm)

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
