Dismantling of ACSR Conductor with cross arms, insulatos etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for laying for cables etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil including removal of sand, bricks/PCC covers laid for cable proection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of brick, double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe conforming to IS 16205 Pt -24 of approved color complete with fittings for cable protection of size 63 mm outer dia and 50 mm inner dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement thermoplastic polystyrene /polycarbonate enclosure bus bar chamber of out side dimension 300X200X105 mm, shock proof, vermin proof and dust proof complete with 04 Nos with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on F class insulators of capacity 100 amps with 01 No 20Amp SPN MCB including 02 Nos non metalic clamps and GI nut bolts and washers of suitable size and fixed on pole/wall including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated aluminium conductor, bedded unarmoured cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated aluminium conductor, bedded unarmoured cable of size 4 Sqmm 2 core fixed on wall/floor/poles including 15mm PVC pipe with clamps complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down existing old unserviceable LT Panel board with all accessories and Supply, installing, erecting, commissioning and testing new factory made LT panel board, 415 Volts, 3 Phase & 4wire system, cubical out door type of suitable size for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable alley protected with bakelite sheet between bus bar & cable alley with front side shutters with locking arrangement, including TPN Aluminium bus bar insulated with colour coaded heat shrinkable sleeve of rating not less then 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer ACB/MCCB and bus bar chamber covered both side using bakelite sheet partition and wire mesh to the back side of cable alley for the protection purpose . All type Test Certificates and Design varification with switch gears ( ACB & MCCB) as per confirming to IS/ IEC: 61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 with short circuit test at 65 KA, should be submitted by the contractor before executing the job. The TPN bus bar shall be mounted on F class insulators with intervals not more then 500 mm. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as incoming/outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating not less then 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders. Supply, installing, erecting, commissioning and testing new factory made Bus Bar panel board cubical out door type of size 1.00 MtrX 0.750mtrX0.600mtr for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable chamber and front side shutters with locking arrangement panel base of angle iron 50x50x6 mm upto 60 cm legs & bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm for 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system including TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating 400A, bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on F class insulators complete all as specified and directed. Note : Bus bar should be fixed on PCC and its rate included in quoted rate.

M&L for replacement of existing old unsv earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 3.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full lenght of earth plate,40mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30X30cm made of RCC 1:3:6 with suitable handle,angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard gravel with specific gravity not less than 2.5, free from clay, sand, loam, dust and organic impurities of any kind, acid solubility not more than 10 %, particle size of gravel between 20 mm to 30 mm, alongwith provide 02 layers of plastic papers under the gravels including Clearing of bushes/small plants upto root level around and surroundings areas E/M installations (i.e. LT Panel/LT Bus Bar etc & other Misc E/M installations etc.) soft and loose soil including surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and removing debris to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for mild steel work as in posts or struts in fencing including toops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc iron fillets (for securring wir mesh etc) including all necessary bolting or riveting and spot welding etc and smilar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing mild steel galvanised fencing any size and type (size and dia of wire as directed by Engr-in-Chrage) complete all as specified and directed .

Fixing only chain link fencing of any type fised to RCC/steel post with mild steel flat & nut bolt etc including necessary bolting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for peperation of new surface of steel exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,, watering and removing surplus soilto a distance n.exc and making good surface complete all as specified and directed .
