Earthwork excavation for foundation to the full depth as may be directed by departmental officers in all types of soils except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in the places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 Meters and initial lift 2 Metres and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Centering for soffits of reinforced cement concrete slabs or plain surfaces including strutting upto 3 mts height using MS sheets of size 90 cm x 60 cm (10 gauge) and stiffered with elded silver oak joists of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 ce c/c and supported by casurinaprops of size 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm c/c complying with standard specification For side wall

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 Using 20mm and down grade hard broken granite Stone jelly for all RCC items of works with mimimum cement contenet of 325 kg /cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 incluting admixtur (plasticier /super plasticiser ) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workabillity without imparing strength and durabillity with about (5.0cum), 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3cum),5156 kg of 10- 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670kg of sand but excluting cost of reinforcedment grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but incluting laying vibrating with machine vibrating ,finishing ,curring ,etc,,and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC Floor /roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., compete complying with standard specificaton and as directed by the departmental officer -The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payments will be made by the depatment for the excess usage of materials )

Granolithic Floor finishing with Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One part of cement, two parts of sand and four parts of ISS HBG metal) mix using 10mm to 12mm ISS size HBG metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying, fabricating and Fixing of MS Gril mesh using MS Sheet and MS Angle with one coat of reoxise Primer including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. TNBP No:30

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of steel rods using M.S. or Ribbed Tor Steel including cost of binding wire, cost of labour charges for fabrication and placing in position etc. Complete. Complying with std. specifications.
