Improvement works by providing Aluminium partition for AEs office at MRT subdivision and allied civil works in MRT lab at Tuticorin EDC

Brick work in CM 1:5 using class-II chamber burnt bricks including plasticiser at the rate of 100 ml per bag of cement, all other materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Plastering in walls C.M.1:5, 12 mm thick including plasticiser at the rate of 100 ml per bag of cement, all other materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium Anodised partition glazed with 6 mm tk. Pinknitted glass using Aluminium box section 63.50 x 38.4 x 1.95 mm @ 1.094 kg / m section at vertical and horizontal members. The vertical members spaced at 1.00 m c/c and horizontal members spaced at about 0.65m c/c above brick 0.12 thk. partition wall upto roof ceiling with necessary glazing clips, rubber beeding, L angles with necessary making holes in Floors/walls and make good to the original condition after fixing the partition including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing in position of Half door with swing type shutters with anodised aluminium sections 2mm tk. with standard specificatiions with 9 mm tk.particle board with all necessary fixtures, handles, hinges, rubber beeding, etc. including cost of fabrication charges, lead, lift, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Supply and fixing of 5A / 15A 3 pin combined flush type wall socket with 15A flush type switch on suitable TW box.

Supply and fixing of single box type 4' x 36 W flu fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting.

Supply & fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 1m. down rod with fan clamp with side plates & cross arm of size 450mm (18").

Providing centering and shuttering for RCC works upto 3m heights using M.S. sheets of size 90 x 60 cm with BG 10 guage stiffened with welded M.S. angles of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm laid over silver oak scantlings of size 10 x 6.50 cm at 90 cm c/c & supported by casurina props 10 to 13 cm. dia at 75 cm c/c complying with standard specifications including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Supplying & providing Steel Reinforcement rods including cutting, bending, tying & fixing in position as per specification including binding wires, cost of all other materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 with 12 to 20mm machine crushed HBG metal including plasticiser at the rate of 100 ml per bag of cement, cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete but excluding cost of reinforcement and form work.
