Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm, depth exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm rolling and grading the broken up surfaces to proper camber and removal of spoil and depositing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick water bound macadam in (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of stone (granite/ basalt/ trap) 63 mm to 40 mm size, grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 mm to 20 mm size) spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient & camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller , complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre with cationic bitumen emulsion SS-1 grade complete all as specified and directed

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.applying tack coat on existing bituminous, cement concrete or primed granular surface to ensure a bond between the surface being paved and the overlaying course with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for semi dense bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG 30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The minimum biyumen content is 5.5%of total mix. No price adjustment shall be made if bitumen content is more than 5.5% after design mix.

M & L for Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premix bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed ith binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm , blinded ith 0.09 of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminious surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stops lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS- 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam n.exc 75mm thickness using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (Paving bitumen VG 30 grade) content by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonnes power roller completeall as specified and as directed. Note:- The minimum bitumen content shall be 4% of total mix. However, no price adjustment shall be made if bitumen content is more than 4% after design mix.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm X 100mm X 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers insturction and as directed.

Supply and fixing yellow or black plastic speed bumper made out of ABS materials with two highly reflective reflection moduled in PMMA materials welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process. The size of the bumper is 350mm length x 250mm width x 50mm height complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm X 125mm X 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battey (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturers instructions etc. all as specified and directed.
