Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station ,DG set , UPS System, solar photo voltaic power generation system, IP based CCTV system, access Control System, integrated building management system, Lighting Automation including Occupancy Sensor , LAN System, IP based EPABX System, Audio Visual/Conference System, Street lighting with LED , Emergency Light and Illuminated digital signages and Boom Barrier and Façade lighting work with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.
